Affiliated Air is a Air Conditioning & Heating service company that serves all of the DFW Metroplex and surrounding cities. We are a member of the BBB with an A+ rating and are a Trane Dealer. As a Trane dealer we sell all of the Trane product line. However as a contractor with a Class A License we are qualified to Sale, Service, Repair, & Install "ALL BRANDS" of Air Conditioning & Heating units and do on a daily basis. So if you would like another manufacture (ie: Carrier, York, Payne, Lennox, Rheem, Ruud, Goodman ) that is not a problem for us, the only issue being, we can not go above a 14seer rating except on the Trane products. The higher seer ratings from all manfactures are reserved for their " Dealers" only. Not really an issue if you want the best product on the market, as we are a TRANE Dealer. Our services also include Tune Up Inspections to keep your AC & heating unit running at peak performance. Performing a Tune Up at the begining of the Cooling Season can save you hundereds if not thousands of dollars during the Summer months. Affiliated Air has been doing business in DFW since 1997 and our State License # is TACLA11042E. Fully insured for working on any size HVAC system either at your home or office.

Commercial - All HVAC Mechanical Services on Air Handlers, Pumps, Fans, Chillers, Hydronic Systems, Boilers, Chill Water Systems, etc. If it heats, cools, pumps, or blows we work on it.

Description of Work: We used Affiliated Air at work. We called on o e of the busiest days of the year And they still sent someone out that morning. They were on time and very professional. The cost was reasonable.

A/C repair and maintenance is an area we are all at a risk of being screwed. This company is hands down the only one I would trust for something so vital! Mr. Chris is the only employee at the company although they are all excellent!

Chris is honest and known his space. So he was able to quickly diagnose the issues and fix them without major expose.
Description of Work: AC was leaking water. The leaks were fixed & from was refilled.
