I got three solid contractors, and I liked him the most, so far. He has been the most responsive too. He is very professional, in the sense that he has a number of companies that do business with him. You normally don?t have a general contractor that is capable of doing everything but he apparently is capable. He has had every single one of the sub-contractors, 4 in all, to come by, look at the house and do the evaluation of the piece that they have to do. They went back, and subsequently, he has submitted a very professional quote. It is very detailed with the amount of work that needs to be done clearly listed under each section. It is all added up correctly. Depending on the discussions that are to happen today and how the new quote looks, it is quite possible that I would hire him.

I was given Dick's name through another company. He came out and went over detailed instructions and provided me with a quote. He was punctual and professional and explained every detail of the quote, including the schedule of payments. Dick's subcontractors were all very clean and professional and completed the tasks on time. I had no problem with these subs being in my home with me being present. They completely resurfaced my entire kitchen and it was perfect. One dispute arose from a communication about the door pulls and Dick offered to pay for the replacements and/or have the holes redone at his own expense. Very good to deal with and an acceptable resolution. He and his painter worked diligently to get me the exact color and texture I wanted for my kitchen island - 3 attempts. They were fantastic. The pricing actually came in under the quote and Dick re-worked the quote for the appropriate pricing. Excellent work and service. I have my dream kitchen and will have Dick back to do my master bath.

From the start, Dick Leiker was professional, reliable, competent and very easy to work with. He listened to my concerns, reviewed my plans, asked helpful and relevant questions and made constructive suggestions. His crews were, to a person, professional, competent, reliable, personable, and helpful; and they worked solidly and cleaned up after themselves every evening. I had a short time frame, and Dick managed to work within it, getting the work completed well before I had thought possible. He was available throughout, and very accommodating. I am delighted with the results and have no complaints at all.

Dick and his crew are very good. All work was performed on time, in a professional manner, and in the highest quality. He is very honest, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
