It worked out okay. I haven't had any problems with them. They are prompt about coming out and they always settle my problems. They are very good. They come when I call them.

They come twice a year around March or April to check the air and around October to check the heater.

They've always done a good job. There was one kid who screwed up one time. The price of the check up was about standard.

It usually takes them under an hour. They do a very good job. They are customer focused. They are a small company, so they treat customers like they value them, not like they are a number.

It went really well. We were really happy with the work they did. They have been doing annual air conditioning and heating check ups for us and replacement work as needed. We have been very happy. I haven't shopped the price in a while but when we initially shopped it, we thought that they were very competitive.

This went great and they gave me a great price. They arrived when they said and the new unit works perfectly. They have been very professional and they have been doing work for me for 15 years. It's a family business.

We have used Fresh Air LP for several years. They have always very thorough. I have a little bit older unit and they have always been real good about helping to keep it going. The workers were very professional.

We've been using them since they opened their business in the 80's; they're fabulous!

They worked for us for 20 years, and then they changed their operation. Every couple of days they increased their bid on work we were having them do. I just made a change after that. The business was handed down from father to son. They have great installers and service people, but every time they got back with me about starting work the priced increased. The father was not watching the emails, and the son was not truthful in what he said he would do. When I had, them tear everything out and install the new unit, they left the unit outside and I did not see it for a couple of months. It did not match to my main units in the attic and all the duct work. It still does not match. I had to go through great extent to remove the brand-new parts to finding the parts that match it. That's difficult. I was very disappointed after working with them so long.

Fresh Air came the same day in response to an emergency when the company I had been using said they couldn't come for three days. Since then I have had a maintenance contract with them and they recently replaced my entire heating and cooling system. I could not be more please with their responsiveness and professionalism. They always call to let me know they are on their way and arrive when they say they will.

Everything went well. I was referred to them by a neighbor and I was very pleased at their honesty and their service. I called a few other places for bids and they were not as friendly and were higher in price. I definitely would use Fresh Air Again!

Great, they fixed the issue and we signed up for a twice a year check of our AC and Heating system.

Very responsive company! They did a great job on all of the work they did for me. Their workers were pleasant and knowledgeable. They even came quickly one day while I was pregnant and the a/c stopped working so that I would be comfortable. Nice company and people!

Fresh Air originally serviced my neighbors ac unit. I was impressed with the quality of service/attention and professionalism of Senior Tech Allen Mushinski. I researched Fresh Air on Angie's List as well as others. I contacted different companies and was impressed with Fresh Air customer service. I scheduled an appointment and they were able to provide service the next day. All of the other companies had stated a 7-14 day waiting period. Tech was prompt and professional. He did not rush through any of the process. He took his time and throughly examined each component. I asked many questions and was given information that was very helpful and informative without condemnation. Excellent P.R. skills. Overall, Senior Tech Mushinski throughly examined all components of HVAC system. They will be out in winter months to tune up furnace. Great price, very competent, great customer service. Will recommend and use again.

Professional, uniformed technician (Allen) came to door and was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. Listened to what I had done and tentatively diagnosed problem. Went to his truck to get ladder and climbed partially into attic to check circuit board - checked outside unit and quickly saw that wires from house to units were frayed and touching. Quickly replaced and protected them with electrical tape. Job was finished in 1 hour. Best interaction I have ever had with a heating and a/c service company and tech. Josie at office worked with me to get Angie's List Big Deal before tech came out. We are moving to house in Oak Forest and hope that address is in their service area because I am sold on Fresh Air.

It went pretty good. The tech was very courtious and proffessional. It was just a simple thing for him to go and get both heaters in working condition.

I contacted Fresh Air to get a bid and Austin (sales manager and owner's son) came out on April 14, 2014 to evaluate my needs. He is very polite, personable, professional and thorough. He inspected the inside and outside components of my existing 18 year-old central air conditioners (one unit for upstairs and one for downstairs), and he measured the square footage of the house, and the windows and noted the direction the windows faced. He entered all of these measurements into his computer which performed a load calculation for both the upstairs and downstairs. Based on this he recommended the proper sized units to comfortably cool the house. He also asked various questions regarding how long I planned to stay in the house, etc. to be able to recommend appropriate units for us. We settled on the Carrier "Performance Series" units which are the Carrier middle-road units, not their elite unit and not their most basic unit either. We went with 16 SEER units with a 4 ton unit upstairs and a 3.5 ton unit downstairs. (Upstairs has more air-conditioned square footage as the house has an attached garage on the first floor.) The units were installed as an upflow system (or upright) due to space consideration in the attic and because the old units were installed as upflow units and the ductwork was in good shape and was set-up to attach to the unit at the higher level already. Both units were installed with 5 inch thick media filters, new return air boxes, vent pipes, gas lines, drain pans, drain pan float sensors and cut-off switches, and drain lines. The big media filters in the attic only need to be changed every 6-9 months and they completely replace filters in the return air registers. They also put new slabs outside on top of our existing slabs to slightly raise the elevation of the outdoor units. The new slaps are pre-formed and have foam cores to reduce vibration noise. Finally, they installed a solar powered attic ventilator fan to pull hot air out of the attic. The installation of both units and the attic fan was all accomplished in about 8 hours (on a single day). Austin was here to kick things off and to introduce the crew foreman to me. During the day, Sonny (the owner) stopped by to introduce himself and to check-in on the progress. All of the workers were courteous, careful, and polite. They had a crew come by and pick up all the components of the old system very early in the day so that it would not be an eyesore for us and for our neighbors. They pay attention to details and have very experienced crews with long tenures at the company. One of the guys on the install is the service tech that serviced our old units for the past 8 years. I received multiple bids from Angie's List A-rated companies for this job. Fresh Air was not the cheapest bid, but they are a company I trust. The new installation looks fantastic. Everything was done very professionally, from the detailed load calculations through the installation and clean-up. These guys do it right. They take pride in their work and it shows. I will try to attach pictures to this review so you can see their work product.

I did not pay anything. His brother is across the street from us and he installed these three units we put in and so it’s coming out in the spring and in the fall to do the checkup. But this was a unique situation, he was going to do a spring cleaning, a spring checkup, but we will be remodeling in March and he said “that’s going to bring up a lot of dust and dirt and it’s going to get into the system, that’s the time we are going to change the coffer out after the remodeling.” They are very good. They always on the know. They know what they are talking about.

It went well. I was happy with the purchase and the service. It was very good value. He did what he had promised. There was nothing negative. It was positive in the sense that he delivered what was promised, and so there were no surprises.
