These folks are wonderful. They came out right after Beryl when they were so busy. They were extremely good at listening to what I wanted. I have asthma and I had concerns about my air conditioning systems. I got two other bids and their bid was more than competitive. They did the work in a timely fashion, despite having to wait because the ground was so wet. They put down protective covers for the floors and wore booties so that they did not damage my wood floors. Their communication was great. I never write reviews but this company deserves everything I say, and even more.

Very professional company! Office staff is friendly, professional and responsive. The repair technician was punctual, knowledgeable and covered his shoes while inside my home. My unit was fixed with no cost surprises and I have hired this company to service my units going forward. Overall very pleased!

Technician arrived, but did not know what work he was to perform; I explained to him that I had purchase a tune-up service through Angie's List. I showed him my voucher and he asked me to email it to his office while he called his office to tell them about the voucher. 2-3 days later the company called to ask me "...how would you like to pay..."

Great! We started using Fresh Air after John Moore recommended expensive work that turned out not to be needed. Now we only use Fresh Air because they fix your problem and they don’t try to sale you what you don’t need!

Technician came over at the right time, took a look inside and found a wire was loose. No extra charge other than the visit fee. Very nice and very knowledgeable technician. Would hire again.

Just fine. About 7 fellows worked tirelessly to dismantle and remove our old systems and replace with new units and materials. They did a great job of cleaning up and then did an informative walk-through.

Well, fan was repaired however, due to the age of the heating unit, a newly required part was not installed. Technician turned off the gas so the furnace could not be used. Still trying to figure out what I need to do.

They were an “A” all the way around.

Great - we've work with them for years and have found them to be reliable, reasonably priced and very professional. Would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time, and we're polite. Everything checked out okay. I inquired about our guest room being significantly hotter than the other rooms. They quoted $400 to expand the airway going to that room since it was furthest away from the unit. I'm not sure how that compares to other companies, but we felt was quite expensive. We did not elect for that additional service.

They came out quickly to fix our AC and it was done the same day. We have used them for years and I trust their recommendations of what needs to be done to service our units. We were very pleased with the service to get our AC working again. The servicemen were friendly and professional while working in our home.

They are fine. We use them often. Over a period of three years we have used them on numerous occasions. Whenever we had an issue with our air conditioning unit, they were the ones we called. The house we were in was over 22,000 square feet and we had about eight commercial air conditioning units so they were constantly being needed. We had about 15-16 zones throughout the house so whenever there was an issue they were the ones who came to the house to do the repairs. When they came they submitted a bill. They did the work and came out to see what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. Over a three year period I would say we have paid them in excess of over $30,000 - $40,000. The technician who would come was named Taylor and he gets A's all the way through. The reason why we always had that particular person was we wanted to control who had access into coming into who was coming into our home. Whenever there was an issue the same person would always come out.

John Moore said the compressor was bad. Joe cleared the thermal overload and started it right up. Saved us at least $1500, probably $3500 as I am sure John Moore would have said the evaporator was "leaking" too.

They come twice a year around March or April to check the air and around October to check the heater.

They were a good company. It worked out fine. It has been around a long time. They were very nice and professional. I think they did it all well, I am not sure about what they would need to do to improve on.

They do our check up twice a year for the last at least I'd say 8 to 10 years and then he repairs you know that required. Their pricing, they're a little bit higher than some people but in service we've had no issues with that. They're very professional they take off their shoes before they come in your house, they're very polite, I've never had anybody that's not been. They're just very courteous and they don't, they're accurate with what is wrong with your system you know whatever's going on, just say they're very honest I guess that's what I'm trying to round it off saying. I trust whatever they say.
