Description of Work: I originally hired Smith Lawn to trim some trees and lay sod. I marked with white spray paint the limbs I wanted cut off the trees. The sod was laid without regard for the sprinkler system and I had to have the supervisor, Todd, come back and cut holes. The tree trimming was very bad. Their people cut off limbs that I had not clearly marked (they said they were doing me a favor) and to say the least we were not happy at all. Smith did not charge me for the tree trimming since they cut off over 20 limbs that were not marked. I gave Smith a second chance. I tried to contact Todd about further work and it took an e-mail to his boss to get him to resonded. He then responded and they did complete the work/ For the third chance I have work I need done.The last e-mail I sent Todd was January 31 and I have not heard from him. They may do great work for others and be responsive. My experience has not been so professional.
