I called HR Phoenix for some electrical work during a kitchen & bath remodel. They responded quickly, were professional, informative, friendly and did excellent work. We ended up also using them for some plumbing work. We had an ongoing issue with our toilet that previous plumbers were not addressing correctly. They knew exactly what needed to be done and we no longer have the issue. I'm very thankful to have found them and will definitely use them for any future electrical and plumbing needs!

They were very timely and complete all of the tasks. The technician was very kind and explained all I’d the work completed. It would be nice if they would clean up after the complete the work.

Removed and replaced existing electrical panel (orig. from the 1950's), big job all day. They were great to work with, prompt. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves... I will hire them again for future electrical needs.

Showed up late and charged more than the quoted amount charged extra for marking the panel which the tech did not do after all

Had them come check out why half our house had no electricity. Rep came out and checked said the breaker box needed changing for over $8000. They wanted half up front. Set up the appointment. Our son had us contact a friend of his who?s an electrical inspector for one of the municipalities in our area. Took him 10 minutes to determine that one of the legs from the power company wasn?t supplying power to the meter. I paid $269.00 for them to spend 20 minutes here reviewing. Customer service was extremely friendly but that?s about it.
