Our technician was GREAT!!

I hired this company under handy man. In no way did I expect or was ever told before they came, it would be $112 just to come over! It ended up being just a reset to my electrical switch. To their credit I was only charged $50, but that only after I protested. The gentleman that came out was very professional.

Spent a hour determining how the job might be done. Gave several solutions really tried to come up with the best and most economical solution. This all was a free estimate.

BEWARE!!! Overall experience was terrible. For starters when the technician arrived an hour late, his boots were covered in dirt and mud which he tracked all over my house. He stopped working at least twice to go smoke and then asked if he could use the restroom. He then proceeded to take 15 minute DUMP that left a smell words cannot describe. When he was finally finished, he not only tried to charge me for the half hour he was smoking and pooping at my house he also charged me an additional hour for his commute to and from my house. I will NEVER EVER use this company or recommend to anyone.

Work was performed as expected and problem was taken care of very quickly. Only thing is they charge travel time but don't tell you until you see the bill.

They were very prompt, professional, and quick. And the electrician wore shoe coverings into my house which I thought was a nice touch.

This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. Paul made my family very happy and proud of our new lighting and fans. I was happy to have the job done. Electrician was so nice but stayed till after 11pm. We had to work the following day so that was a problem for us. Otherwise the work was done and works great. I guess I didn't realize how expensive electrical work was.

Paul was very professional and we are satisfied with our new light fixtures.
