I called for a shower light not working, Come to find out it was the bulb needing replaced. Charged me the Service Fee still took 2 minutes to change after all nothing serious, would not cut me a break. I do not mind paying for the help. But $135 to change a lightbulb is ridiculous. I see maybe paying for 30 mins. Great person who came to look at the light. Do not think I would use them in the future. Do not work with you at all.

Their prices were great compared to others..Paul, made me feel comfortable when I spoke to him over the phone..He sent out Brian and Tyler to do the work and they were great.. They explained everything and showed me what they were doing...I couldn't ask for a better company for me to do business with...I highly recommend them

Fast work. Early arrival. However really costly. I was expecting $50/hour not $125/hour.

Unlike other companies that give you a four hour window, they gave me an exact appointment time and showed up at that time.

5 stars for sure!!! Paul and his guys did such an amazing job! Met with Paul in the morning for an estimate and he gave me a quote right away. He sent his guys that same day in the afternoon. Job was done the next day! I added recessed lightings and pendant lights in our house and they did such a wonderful job! I will add pictures of the finish product and add them on YELP if you guys want to see. We are very very happy and will definitely use them again to add more lighting in the bedrooms. I recommend this company. Paul and his crew are very professional and excellent customer service!

Showed up promptly and did exactly what I asked. Very good service.

Paul was incredible. He got everything fixed no problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and even helped me install a window air conditioner unit, which apparently electricians normally don't do. I highly recommend him and this company! You cannot go wrong with them! I actually had an electrician come out before him from a different company and tell me that the breaker switch I needed replaced was no longer being made or available, however, Paul said they were readily available and switched it out for a fraction of the price the other guy wanted to charge me to switch the breaker line over and disable power in another room so that I could have power where I needed it. These guys will not do you wrong! Thanks again, Paul!

Good experience! Both Brian and Tyler worked relentlessly too make a very tough job as easy as possible. Paul the owner kept close watch on the progress and insured parts and materials were delivered on time for install. His knowledge and customer service communication were timely and accurate. Highly trustworthy - I would strongly recommend HR PHOENIX ELECTRICAL FOR any electrical project you may have. My permits and Oncor's disconnect and reconnect for my new drop and panel were all handled in coincidence - WE were only without electricity for 20 mins on a 3 day project!
