The gentleman who came out was very pleasant and nice to work with. His response time was great and he fit us right in. When he got there, he got right down to it and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. Long story short, we ended up needing 4 new breakers. The problem I had was that we didn t get any notice, indication, not even a phone call from the supply store to let us know the bill was going to be over $600. We just got a bill (which we paid right away). We would ve appreciated at least a I just want to let you know how much it s going to be before I pick these up or something; instead of just assuming we d have whatever amount of came to. It s just not good customer service in my opinion. The work was top notch and, again, he resolved the issue. But giving someone the courtesy to know what they ll be charged before the work is done can prevent a lot of frustration on both ends.

When unexpected issues developed, they were able to work through and resolve them without any additional charge.

Hired Phoenix to install an outlet in garage for an electric car charger. The outlet is functional but not in the location desired and not in the orientation requested.

They found the problem and resolved the issue I was having. Very professional.

They did not do what I asked them to do. I said when the guy was out here,I do not care ill pay for it. still did not do it. I paid more than 300 for them make something work that does not . Now I have to pay another electrician 200+ to correct what i already paid them for. would not recommend.
