The technicians that showed up at my house smelled horrible. When they would leave a room, it still smelled bad 5 minutes later. They spent 2 hours trying to troubleshoot a light switch that I told them was working fine and then after 2 hours of billable time they finally realized that it wasn't the problem. They claimed they fixed the flickering lights but then when I went in the room after they left, it was still happening. I was quoted one price before they came and then when it came time to get the bill they tried to charge me double because two people were there.

Third time is a charm! Quick service and response, but you must inspect what you expect. They came back twice to get it done correctly.

The job was completed. They did not explain how the connections were going to be terminated and one side of the connection was left hanging through a wall outlet?acceptable but not what I was expecting. I also asked them about additional projects. They never followed up.

Professional and very responsive. Replaced my box/fluorescent kitchen light with recessed lights. Installation was quick, only a few hours. I had two guys who handled it all. Love the outcome. The placement of the lights balances the kitchen and surrounding area very well.

HR Phoenix Electric did a great. Michael Barnett was our service tech and he completed the task we needed by replacing a dining light fixture and repairing flood lights outside. He gave recommendations to other lighting project we still need to complete and we will definitely call them back.
