They did an amazing job. I have a older house and had a couple problems pop up while they were making updates. They stuck around troubleshooting the majority of the last day and didn't leave until everything was operating perfectly. They did a great job with all the updates I requested and were very respectful and friendly. I will definitely be calling them next time I have any electrical needs.

I lost electricity to 1/4 of my house on Easter Sunday. I submitted a request for bid that night and HR Phoenix literally called within 1 minute. They had someone here to fix my issue the next day and took care of the problem. Definitely recommend!

Phoenix electrical is owned by Paul, a master electrician, who does the initial consultation to figure out a quote, he is very direct and honest but easy to talk to and work with. Their customer service is excellent, they kept me well informed throughout the process and were very friendly and accommodating. Pheonixs quote was fair without question, his crew had a tough job installing a generator transfer switch kit set up, I live in a house built in the late 80s, so, the electrical system is a bit older and they ran into issues but they worked non stop and persevered through the challenges, found solutions, and completed the job as promised. Without question, I recommend Phoenix Electrical, and I will certainly seek them out first for any future electrical work. Thank you.

Installed new motion detector. It didn?t work at all at first. Now, it comes on all the time, day or night, but stays on only a few seconds. He took box with him so I have no instructions to check. Installed replacement bulb in utility room, but left foam border hanging out of fixture.

they preformed a trouble shooting investigation on why an outdoor light fixture wasn't working. It took some time to locate the short, which was directly under roofing material. They cut the power to the shorted wire and came back with a bid to rewire.

Unhappy with appt. never got a free estimate, tech came in and started work then I was locked into using them. Was told I had a faulty breaker, $300 later here I am. Ridiculous.
