Jason was on time and provided excellent service. even had to get into the attic to complete the job without hesitation. something I wouldn't do😀 perfect bath fan install.

I was very impressed with how quickly they could schedule my appointment and how great their communication was. The job was done efficiently and they repaired everything properly that was needed! Will definitely use them for any electrical needs in the future!

It went great. They fixed the breaker box within an hour for me. They were helpful, kind, and very professional. They were a little pricey, but I would use them again in the future.

Repair under-cabinet lighting

Paul Rylee tried to hustle me for a $2200 quote on my broken conduit and sagging power meter. His quote says they would replaced new meter box, pull extended line and new conduit. He said it’s the home owner’s responsibilities for those costs not Oncor. Everything that he said to me over our phone conversation was straight lies!! The next day I’ve contacted Oncor and explained what happened. They came the same day and fix it for Free in about 30 mins of work. Oncor guys explained, anything from the conduit to the meter it’s on Oncor. No one can touch it except Oncor! They say guys like Paul Rylee price gouge and hustle people like me all the time for stuff that they don’t fix. Please be aware!!!

Polite and timely call and free estimate to repair. Their estimate was high. Friend recommended electrician who came, diagnosed and repaired for about $500 less. HR competent, I'm sure, but more than we could afford.

Outlet was replaced with new GFCI outlet and power cut to unused application.

The work was fantastic the people was great, they kept us updated of everything, they kept the inspectors available during the work and they always kept us in loop every time, they were on time and on budget, the people were just great. The price was reasonable and they came and did the work in a very short notice.

I called hr phoenix because I received a previous quote from them and based on our first meeting he seemed professional. With the electrical issues we faced, I convinced my fiance to choose this company. I asked them the rates per hr and he stated it. I gave him the number to my fiance since I would be traveling and would be out of touch. We then get the bill that includes travel time that was not previously stated in communication for this job. He then said he tried to call me the day that I was traveling to tell me about the travel time charges but he failed to inform my fiance before starting the job so a decision could be made before services were rendered. In the time that we were charged for he was in his truck for 30 mins. Not to mention that his office is less than 15 mins from my home by we get charged for an hour travel time. Not pleased by the lack of professionalism and withholding information that allows me to make an informed decision.
