I rarely give comments let alone bad rating. This work was absolutely horrendous and very unprofessional. This project was promised to be done in an hour instead it took 5 hours. He forgot things, went to home depot twice to get NIMA Adapter which is the whole project. The work done was patchy and very bad for the amount i paid. finish the project is clumsy and did not put the protection cover. Now i will have to fix. He out the nima adapter upside down and promised to comeback. Which he didn’t. . I will not recommend his work. If there was a zero rating this work deserves worst rating for work.

We lost power due to wires inside the meter n panel outside oncor came at 2 am and disconnected us completely and we were told to hire an electrician to fix it we were stressed due to my mother being in oxygen I contacted over 10 "24 hours" electrician yet Paul with HR PHOENIX was the only one who responded instantly and was at our door before 3 am when he told us the price initially we were shocked because we never been through this but we quickly found out that he actually gave us an amazing deal we called him back he cane out Thursday to explain exactly what would be done we made the down payment and the next day they were outside at 7 am sharp IN THE RAIL and they still got the work done they even stayed and waited for oncor to ensure everything was good they even labeled everything for us later that night we found one outlet that wasn't working I emailed Paul and he responded instantly and sent someone out the very next day to fix it ! This is a company who truly cares!!!!

technitian never sent an estimate, check my house, and said will email a quote, never did, and nobody called

The tech was great. Awesome to work with. I wish they do the drywall patch up after installation of the outlet. Having said that, I realize it is a company policy and not a tech problem. was on time and completed the job as well as i would have expected.

Quoted me 49k to replace exposed wires on a 1000 square ft house.

Their office originally quoted $1298.00 to install 6 new outlets and repair a non-functional ceiling light. As it turned out, I only needed 4 outlets and replacement of the ceiling light for a final price of $1327.28. The technician, Chase, was fantastic. He was here at 9:00 am on the dot and got right to work. As stated above, he determined that I only needed 4 outlets to accomplish what I wanted and replacement of the ceiling light. He was very patient and thorough with this work. He also answered all of my questions (which I had a lot of since that's how I learn to do things). He was happy to explain anything I asked and completed all of the work is a very satisfactory way. The sole reason I rated them as only 3 stars is because their office nor Angi's site told me up front that they do not repair the holes in the walls that were necessary to complete the installation of the new outlets. Chase was apologetic when he explained that to me and said they could recommend a company that will do that work. I assured him that he didn't need to apologize since that is a company decision rather than his. I would suggest to the company that they enter into a partnership with someone to complete the repair of the wall holes and that be included in their price, rather than placing that burden on their customer (especially when their customer may be a senior citizen). If that would have been included, I would have rated them 1000+. Unfortunately, that is the only factor that will prevent me from using them again.

The technician was prompt and professional. However, the task ended up being nothing more than needing a GFCI outlet reset. The technician was only on-site for less than 10 minutes and I was still charged $300 by the company. If that’s the flat rate regardless of the amount of time spent on site that should be made know ahead of time. Therefore, my review is a reflection of the company itself not the technician.

It took 2 visit, but they got rid of all the gremlins that had lights flickering. I am only using them going forward.

I had them install a EV car charger. They came out the next day and had it installed. Everyone I talked to there was super professional. Will for sure be using them for my next project.

Chris, our electrician, was very friendly and thorough funding out why our fuse was tripping frequently. He was also very patient with me as he explained what was going on. I will 100% use HR Phoenix Electrical again.

Easy and timely scheduling. Was able to get next day service. Chris was our electrician and he was punctual, polite and helpful, and performed the job with attention to detail. Excellent work, great explanations and guidance on additional decisions necessary for the project

Chris from HR was on time. He answered all my questions. He was also very courteous and professional. His estimate was the most reasonable I had gotten. He got right to work and had the light fixture installed in 40 to 45 minutes - a medium large chandeliers. After he finished the install he cleaned all the packing materials as well as the old chandelier. Happy to recommend Chris/HR Phoenix. Have scheduled them for a ceiling fan installation next.

Great follow through from Paul and his office. The work was done quickly and to code. The price I paid was cheaper than the other 2 bids I received from other companies by half on one bid. I am very happy with the work done (replaced breaker panel) and will use Paul and his company again when in need. Thanks guys!
