Paul showed up on time and was super nice, he looked at my problem gave me a round about quote ($2,200) and said he could take care of it the next day. I was happy when he left and told me I would be hearing from Emily (I believe) for my written quote and appointment. Right after he left, I called the number on the card he gave me to make sure he knew I wanted the dryer included in the quote just to make sure since it’s not a cheap job. The lady who answered the phone (Emily) seemed annoyed I was even calling and said she would pass the info along to him. I never got a call. I never got a written quote. I never was given an appointment. They just showed up to my house the next morning and texted me to let me know they were there. I was optimistic about this company after reading some good reviews, but there seems to be a disconnect between the lady at the desk and the technicians. I found a more professional company with better communication.

Everything went exactly as planned. The electricians that came did a great job. We were so pleased we are adding additional work.

They resolved my issue the same day that I contacted them. I was not charged for this as it was probably something that was loose when they installed my electrical panel several months ago. I am very pleased with the service and the response whenever I contact them.

I can’t say enough about this company. This is the second time I’ve needed their services. Repeat business says it all doesn’t it? Their customer service is tremendous, they are quick to respond. They partner with you to come up with creative ideas, have ethical practices and pricing, and do a great job. I received an email and a text confirming my appointment. My electrician, Chris called when he was in route. Chris talked to us to understand the requirements and just took care of business. He meticulously cleaned up after himself - you would never know he was here. Outstanding service from beginning to end and I highly recommend them.

The electrican was very clear in everything he did and on what was needed to do the project. He was friendly, efficient, and did a great job.

The technicians were great. They did a great job. However, the charge was so much more than the estimate. I would have probably chosen someone else if I had known that it was going to cost so much.

We contacted HR Phoenix to install an EV Charger in our garage. We found Paul very responsive and knowledgable. Price was fair (in range of the other quotes that we got), however they were quick to get out and did a great job of exploring options with us and helping us to make the right decision. They even volunteered to get everything wired in with the charger that came with the car, and to come out again and replace it with a charger that we had on order for free when it arrived. Needless to say, we are thrilled with their service and would highly recommend!

We had a 80amp car charger installed which included a long run from our electrical panel. Phoenix sourced the oversized cable, redistributed the loads across three electrical panels and ran the cable through the walls and across the attic. All holes were neatly cut and easy to repair. The job site was swept and all debris disposed of. The electricians were thorough, thoughtful, and excellent communicators. I recommend Phoenix without hesitation and will use them again in the future. .

The work was done swiftly and as scheduled. At first I thought that something may have gone wrong during the installation and a technician was dispatched to doubled check the work. It turned out that everything had been installed per manufacturer's instructions. You definitely have a repeat client.

I called the business owner on that fateful day when I and my household were baking in the sweltering triple digit Texas heat because our AC had stopped working. (We hadn't had any decent sleep because of the heat, mosquitoes and flies). I described the problem, and sent pictures per his request. In a flash, he diagnosed the problem and we scheduled an appointment. He gave me a quote and was willing to work with me. The business owner was humane, understanding and professional. I shopped for weeks before finding Paul Rylee & HR Phoenix. We were in the process of buying an EV & knew we needed to upgrade the electrical system of our house to accommodate it. Almost all other companies were at least double the price, but what stood out was the customer service. Paul took the time to talk with me at length about what our plans & needs were, explaining things, making suggestions, & asking questions along the way. I never felt like I was being “sold” anything. We upgraded our panel, & since we didn’t know which EV we were getting at the time, Paul said to call back & they’d come install the fitting when it was time. When we called back about three months later, he remembered us, & they had the job done in a few hours. (The panel took a day, which was exactly what was quoted) A full six months later, we needed to replace some aging ceiling fans, so I called Paul back. He still remembered who we were, & scheduled us to get taken care of right away. That work was done in only a few hours as well, & we are super happy with the result. They’ve got our business for anything electrical, for as long as they’re in business.

I provided the Connecticut Electric EmerGen switch kit, which HR used for the installation. Installation was done neatly and the finished work is shown in the photo. My generator is not ready for a test run, but I don’t anticipate any problems.

They were great, the owner sent up his guy and they the went up to the roof to do it. They guy was very personable, he did the work, he took longer than what he was supposed to but did not ask for additional payment.
