Took two trips

Did not use them.

Two separate calls for what I thought could be done at the same time. When the furnace man came he thought everything looked ok. I kept telling him the problem over and over. He went to turn the furnace on and found the thermostat was broken. He told me that it would be $150 for a new thermostat and that I could do it myself and save the $150. I couldn't do it so I had me son do it for me.

I made a service reservation and the time passed. I called again and they couldn't find my reservation in the system. So, it went from "we will be there at 10 am" to showing up at 9 pm. If I hadn't kept up on them, they may not have shown up.

Came on time, did not ground lights until I asked him to do so. Did not have a good way to add one central photo cell for all outside lights. He installed 2 cells (one for each 2 lights) for the up lights and did not have a good way to install a photo cell for the rest, so we did not.

The electrician arrived within hours of my call. He seemed competent and friendly. The labor charge was just under $80, the rest was for parts.

They were late for the initial estimate (time frame was given from 9-12, and they showed up at 12:20). Chris (I think) did a really good job of installing the system and was very professional. Great job.

BROWN TECHNICIAN, MIKE MARKHAM, WAS VERY THOROUGH AND EXACT IN THE CHECKS AND MAINTENANCE PERFORMED.

VERY PLEASED WITH WORK; PROMPT RESPONSE TO CALL, VERY THOROUGH CHECK OF SYSTEM, REPLACED 20-YR OLD COMPRESSOR ON ONE OF TWO HOME CENTRAL A/C UNITS, IN ABOUT 2 HOURS TOTAL TIME.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH BROWN SERVICE CO. AND THE SERVICE TECH. MIKE WAS ON TIME AND WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY. HE WAS HONEST AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE COST INVOLVED WITH VARIOUS REPAIRS. WE HAVE USED BROWN SERVICE CO. NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY ALWAYS STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

I HAD JUST FINISHED HAVING THE BATHROOM TOTALLY REMODELED INCLUDING TEXTURING AND PAINTING THE WALLS. RANDY DID AN INCREDIBLE, NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE JOB, CONSIDERING THE LAYOUT OF THE BATHROOM AND THE LOCATION OF THE ELECTRICAL UNIT HE WAS TYING INTO. IT TOOK HIM 3 HOURS. HE DIDN'T MESS UP ANY OF THE WALLS AND COMPLETELY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN HE WAS THROUGH.
