Description of Work: They performed a quarterly inspection and treatment around the outside of the house. They will come inside and treat a specific problem if I have one, but I rarely do. They are always responsive to any needs and will come in between treatments if needed.

Description of Work: They set traps for an opossum that was getting in our attic. Removed the animal when trapped in the cage. Cleaned the attic by removing the feces, etc. Treated the area with disinfectant and sealed any areas where animals of any sort could enter the attic of the house, even the garage door. They were informative and told us they could put insulation in our attic that would deter roaches and bugs, but since our insulation was only a couple of years old, it would not be cost effective to do so. We appreciated their candor in telling us that the most expensive route would not be the best for our situation. We opted to go the route we did as it was the best for us and also the most cost effective. We were unaware that Terminix was an installer of insulation. They informed us that not enough people knew that they offered that service. We also have a contract with them for yearly inspection of termites. They are always on time, informative, friendly and thorough.

Description of Work: Terminix had provided service for me for many years but it became difficult for them to come when I wanted them to. I did not have a problem with their service just getting the schedule I wanted on a regular basis.
