Everything turned out well. They were very cordial, and the representative came first for an estimate and then again to assure the work was completed correctly. I was happy with their service.

The old system seemed to work, but they are discontinuing that and the barrier system replaces it. The barrier system cost lesser though. Although it is a little too early to comment on the system, I guess it works well so far because we haven't seen any termites until now. The person that came out was fine and the prices have also dropped.

I have been very happy with Terminex. They are very reliable, and responsive. I have received great customer service. I would use them again in the future.

They are courteous. They came back out when we had the ant problem in the roof. We like the guy that comes. It is not the company as much as the man that comes. They always call us when it is time. They come once every three months. They spray inside and out. They do a good job. Our technician is really nice. If we aren't here when he comes he just does the outside. We haven't had a problem with insects in many years except the ants that got in the attic. Where they were was hard to get to. He got rid of them; he fought them until he got them. About ten years ago we had those flying things that get in the flour, meal and everything. They were hard to get rid of too but they did.

The quality really depends on the service contractor who comes out. A few during our first year were not so great, but overall, in the seven years we've used Terminix, we've gotten good service, and a few of the contractors are fantastic. We're satisfied with the work they've done in keeping our house termite free.

I have used them many times. They proved how good they were when we did have termites in our old home and they have always done a great job for us. They just send a postcard when they are going to come out and it is a convenient service to have.

Frank Tanner is our regular service technician who arrived to treat our house. We pointed out some specific issues that were of concerns such as ants, spiders and some other specific outdoor pests. Frank applied his chemicals to the house and also removed some specific bugs that were pointed out by my fianc e. He is very professional and friendly. We had initially pointed out some safety concerns regarding our pets but, they reassured us that there wouldn't be any issues as long as we waited a short period of time before allowing the dogs outside. We haven't had any pest issues since we started using Terminix.

The company did a good job. I have used them for about three years and have not had a single problem with them or their work. I would recommend them to others, as well as continue to use them in the future.

It has been really excellent working with them, when we first moved in the house was full of ants but since I have been working with them I haven't had a problem. They are very prompt and great about getting people out here to help us.

They are wonderful, they are very professional, they are very prompt, he is very honest, he is a very nice guy, they gave us a special deal when we first started.

We inherited this company from the previous owners. They let us know they are going to serevice the house by e-mail. They are pleasant and efficient. We like having the peace of mind they provide.

Made the mistake of having them come out and speak to my wife while I was at work. The price they quoted was a 3x markup over what we ended up paying a local company. My wife is a stay at home Mom with our two young children, two and ten months. The technician worked his sales pitch for over an hour. We explained to him (even after two calls to the office) that we will absolutely not make a decision without getting a couple of other quotes first. He refused to take no for an answer, even making my wife watch a DVD. Then had the nerve to state repeatedly that, "You know I have to pay for my own gas, and its not cheap theses days." After I hung up with the tech the first time. He turned to my wife and explained, "I don't know what his problem is, I don't know why he is being ignorant." I'm sure not all of their technicians are this pushy. But they obviously make a commission as that is the only way these guys can behave this way and keep their jobs. I will complain to the company directly, but I'm sure it will fall on death ears if the technicians sales numbers are high. That seems to be priority #1.

With my termite contract, two years ago, we had termite bait stations system installed and a year later, they offered to renew my contract where they would actually inject chemicals into the ground around the building. This was offered for $214 which half of what the bait stations cost. They told me it would require drilling on the property. I never observed them because I didn't think I would have to. When I went out there, there was no evidence that any drilling was done. I called them 3 times within the course of the year in 2007. The third call, I finally spoke to someone who said they would look into it. That was in early fall. The people had the main office, had no record of this dispute although I was calling the main office the entire time. Finally in late December, one of the managers finally called and left a message. That was the last attempt by the company.

We're happy with them! We haven't had any problems with bugs since we started using them.

On 8-6-02, I hired Terminix to kill termites under my house after I noticed swarming in a bathroom. They installed the bait stations around the perimeter of the house. In 4 years, NO termite activity was ever detected in any station, even after being replaced/ upgraded, etc. When the swarming recurred each spring in the bathroom, Terminix would spot treat the bathroom but did not offer or suggest that the whole house required a liquid treatment. I did not renew the contract in 8/06 because it seemed to me either (A) I never had termites; or (B) the stations didn't work. I know now that the swarming indicated a mature colony, meaning it was there all along. When I remodeled in 7/07, a mature colony was found to be active through 1/2 of the house. When I asked Terminix to treat the house because this colony had been there all along, Terminix refused because the contract was no longer in effect. I had to hire another company to do a liquid treatment for $2000.

He gave me a small discount for his services. He was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated his help. They even helped me figuring out the credit plans. I did call to cancel the service, and they still came out. Mike Brown came and apologized and cleared the situation. They did reverse the original charges. They were wonderful to work with.

They admitted to overcharging me for the fire ants. Then they came to my home while I was not there, without my permission and sprayed for termites and spiders. I did not ask them to come. I came home to a bill taped to my front door. I was very upset that they would do this. They insisted that I pay for it even though I didn't ask for the service.

They did a bad job. Every time they come out and they supposedly spray for ants but they never get rid of any of them. I also specified that they make sure that they close my gate so my dogs wouldn't get out and they left it open which annoyed me very much. I felt they were too expensive and not responsive and just a really bad company.

Terminix is a national company that has a reputation for eliminating bugs and pests. I am very happy with the service that they provide for us on a quarterly basis. Everyone should use them.

I had a quarterly contract with them and I thought their rates were a little too high. I eventually found someone else, but their workers and customer service were great. I still think the company is good and if you can afford it, I would recommend them.

I do use Terminix on a quarterly basis. If I have any special concerns, they will come right out and take care of it. The charge all depends on the size of your home. I like the fact that the same technician always comes out to do the treatment. He knows my home and he knows where to treat. The consistency is really nice. He is a very good guy.

There have not been any problems and we are always pleased with the service. They are good and they make sure to take care of any problem as soon as it comes about. They are professional and do not hassle me for any extra services. We have not had any bad experiences with them at all.

We had called them to come out and spray the inside and outside of our home and they only did the outside. They also service a rental property we own and they continually get the properties mixed up with the billing and the service. We have not been satisfied at all with Terminix.

I stopped using them because their customer service representatives were not very friendly and they had poor customer service skills. I found it very hard to set up an appointment that worked with their schedule and mine.
