Terminix - Richardson -Termite & Pest Control

They have been good. They call when they are going to come. No excuses when they said they are gonna come. If there is any issue, they come back and will take care of the issue. My yard looks great. I think they are good. I had them for several years, like 7 seven years. I have always been happy with their service so I kind of stuck with them. The quality of the service is very good. The only issue I had with them is, they have a termite division and I guess we have a personality conflict with the person who does that. I told them about that but he is still around so it?s just might be me. Generally, I like them a lot. I just don?t deal with their termite person and I have told them why. They have always been real good apart from the issue I have with their termite person.

As far as we know, it turned out well. So far, we haven't had any noise from the attic so it seemed to have worked out well. They were better on price from the others that we looked at.

I don't think they are particularly thorough. It is just 15 minutes and they were out the door and you really cannot do any kind of a decent job either in the house or around the house and 15 minutes is not a lot of time to do the job. Lack of responsiveness. I think they are overpriced for what they do.

They do a good job. We have not had termite problems since they came. I think the complain I have about Terminix is that they want to come out like four months before the bill is still and more than that, we just had a card in the mail and they already set an appointment for us without even asking us what is the good time. We always tell them in November to call us back in February or January. Whoever I talked to, I just find it presumptuous. But what they do is just work and that is more of a procedural complaint that I have.

I generally contract them on a yearly basis. They guarantee that they are going to keep your house termite free. If termites happen to get into your house and do some damage, they will come and repair it. I think their price is competitive throughout the industry. They are good. They are very responsive. They just come by when they need to do some work here. There is no particular appointment. They just show up at the house, ring the doorbell, and say that they are there to do work outside. They are very professional.

Everything is fine. They are very good about coming back to resolve issues.

The service was good. We have had a contract with them for 10 years. We just took over the contract from the previous owner of the house.

They are very dependable. They are always efficient and quiet, and they are always there if I have a follow-up problem. I would recommend them to family and friends.

My experience with them has been mostly good.

It's just fine. Nothing in particular stands out; it's satisfactory.

They come out once a quarter to do the check, and we don't see them. We had no issues. I don't know the last time they physically came out, I don't mind them not bothering us, but it would be nice for them to live a little something to let us know they were there.

I have been using them for 10 years. They keep going up in price. They do good work, the price is the only thing that I have a problem with.

The service has always been fine, it has always been good. I had one incident where they left the gate open, but that has been out of 8 or 10 visits, but they haven't done that since. They show up when they say they are going to show up.We went with them because we had a termite problem several years ago, but we haven't had a problem since. The one time they left the gate open, they called me back and apologized. This was 2 years ago, and they said it was an accident. They have never been late for an appointment. Usually I am not here when they are, but when I have met the people, they have always been dressed properly, they are clean, and have always answered any question that I have, and they ask if I have seen anything unusual or treat an area. There is plenty of competition in this area for that service, but we have been very happy with them.

The service turned out perfect. I have been using Terminix since '74. I would not do it without Terminix. If I need them in between the 3 months, they will come out, and there will be a cost. They take care of everything I have got, the garage, house, mosquitoes, all of it. If it not perfect, they fix it. I haven't checked the prices with other insect control, but I think they are in the ball park with everybody else. I don't change them every month, so they are keeping up with what is wrong or right here. They call me before hand, and they call me on the day of the service when they will be here. Instead of saying they will be here between 10 to 12, they call and say they will be here in 10 to 15 minutes.

So far so good. We renewed our contract with them. We first signed up with them, and I honestly can't tell you what year that was, but it has been ten or fifteen years. We signed up and keep the contract going. We pay a fee every two years so that if anything happens they just come out and fix it. They come, check and if we see anything we can call them. I don't have any complaints. However, sometimes they make appointments and don't tell us about them. So then they show up at the door and say they made an appointment for inspection and we ask them why they didn't tell us. So that has been an issue. Everyone that they have sent out and we've dealt with has been very professional. They are responsive and are willing to work with us when we have a problem.

The service worked fine. They are very courteous and consistent. Anytime we have a problem, they come out and take a look at it in between their regular visits.

Our experience has been good except for the fact that they always schedule things when no one is here. So, they never get inside because we were always working. Other than that, we do not have a problem with them. As far as I know, they did exactly what they said they are going to do. I guess they are responsive because my husband asked them why they could not do it when we were there. It has never happened, but hopefully, it will next year.

The service has gone well. I am happy with it. We have been having on going service for a couple of years. We have a back yard which is full of foliage, and so, it seems better, but it is not perfect, but they did promise perfect until we do it 2 or 3 times. So far so good.
