Description of Work: Quarterly pest control service, inside and outside of the house. Technician asked if there were any specific problems or sightings, and then went through and did his inspections and treatments.

+ -1 moreThey are okay. I have not had any issues with them. I really wish that they would go into the crawlspace more than they do. I have never really been concerned with or paid much attention to the pest control prices simply because I don?t want to see a bug and will pay up if I don?t see a bug. I wish they could do more but the quality of the work that they do is good. They come out when I have an issue. They are on time. They are here when they say they will come and put up with me staring over their shoulder. I would refer them to other people.
Description of Work: Terminix is the pest control service we use. The last time they came here was about a month ago.

+ -1 moreWe weren't just terribly, terribly thrilled with Terminix. They were expensive. They were very pushy, tried to keep us on the hook so we want to get rid of them. Except the fact that they were expensive they did okay. They were expensive, pushy but apart from that the job that they actually did was probably an A. I wasn't too happy with their pushiness and price. The quality was okay, it was good. I am not going to use them again simply because we didn't like the pushy attitude. I think this month is going to be the last month because we decided that we could do it ourselves.
Description of Work: We use them for pest control service. We had them come out and help us with termites as well.

+ -1 moreThey do a good job but I think they are a little pricey. We have a termite control agreement and they come out once a year for that. We also have the pest control agreement and they come out three or four times a year to do that. We can also call them anytime if we have any problems.

+ -1 moreIt took a while to get the pest control work taken care of, but now it's been very well done. They used to send new personnel every time when I complained about spiders in my house. Finally the last 2 people who came out took care of the problem. I have them on my annual contract and I would use their services in the future too.

+ -1 moreI pay around 180 dollars for twelve months. The experience has been pretty good. I don't get to see them because I am usually working when they come out to do the job. None of the animals here have died and the bird hasn't died so I think they are doing well.
Description of Work: We have a contract with them for pest control service and they are pretty regular. They come once a month and spray the bushes, the trees and the grass for the fire ants and other bugs.

Description of Work: They come out quarterly to do pest control. They spray the outside and take care of the termite problems because I have a lot of termite problems. They also spray the yard where the fire ants are present.

Description of Work: I have been using Terminix for the past yr for quarterly treatment. They performed a termite inspection and advised they did see termites around the house but not on the house and wanted 1080.00 for treatment and $250.00 yr annually. After checking with other companies I was advised no termites were found and the cost of the barrier using same product could be done for $800.00 and $95.00 annually. My advise check other companies before using Terminix. I have been paying $100 for each quartely visit and found I could get this done for $65.00 a quartely visit for routine pest control.

+ -1 moreThey do good work. They do a quarterly service for me which includes spraying the entire house from inside and they also spray outside around the base of the house. They also look for ant beds and put some stuff on the ant beds. They check and treat for spiders. They get the spiders down or if there are any wasp nests, then they remove them too. They come every 3 months. They also come whenever I call them in between the 3 months and they don?t charge anything for those visits.
Description of Work: I have been using the services of Terminix for pest control for the last 6 months now. The last time we used their services was on 12th of August.

As far as their bait system, they seemed to miss a lot of the stations because they didn't have a record of where the stations were. I don't think they are great, but I don't think they are poor; I would just say fair.
Description of Work: Terminix is discontinuing their bait system, so they offered us a different contract under the old fashion spray system.

+ -1 moreTheir price was a little high. They did a decent job, and I kind of like the quality of the care that they gave. It seemed like that their service of my home went above and beyond on occasion. I liked that about it, but because of the price I am unsure if I will recommend them. They bought out another company that I chose to use for pest control and that is another reason I didn?t care for that much.
Description of Work: They sprayed the outside of my house for pest control 10 months ago. I didn’t have them spray the inside of my house sprayed because I didn’t want so many chemicals inside the house.

+ -1 moreThey do a great job, even though it is a little costly. They are no longer allowed to spray in the house as part of their policy. They take care mostly of our termite problem, and have done a great job maintaining that. We don’t see any insects hardly ever in the house and we are very happy about that. They do provide a payment plan that is monthly, yearly, 2 year or 4 years. We plan to continue to use this company in the future.

+ -1 moreMy problems started when I moved, placed my house up for sale and cancelled any follow-on work after the one year contract. I received multiple sales phone calls at home and at work pleading that I sign up for more services. I told them I wasn't interested, that I had moved and to stop calling me. They continued to call. Now they are dunning me through MORE phone calls at work and home for work done after I had cancelled, telling me that they had no record that I had stopped the automatic contract renewal.
Description of Work: I hired Terminex for pest and termite control under a one-year contract. I assume that they performed their services since it was done while I was at work and all the work was outside.

+ -1 moreThey came out and did an inspection. They determined that we had a fire ant infestation. They worked with us to use our insurance to take care of the infestation. They also did a termite treatment. They had to drill some holes in our concrete and bragged that they were going to do a great job of filling them. I went out after they were finished and have been very disappointed with their work. They got rid of the pests, but did not do a very clean or neat job.
