Terminix - Richardson -Termite & Pest Control

They come every quarter for pest control. They did a great work. They do the job in a proper manner. They have good professional. They are very polite. I appreciate when they come to the house. They are high on price.

If I have issues after they spray, they do come back. If it rains after they applied something, they come back. They have been really good. They do what they need. The workers have been great.

I took a 2 year termite service contract with them and they gave me a year’s pest control service, inside the house. They come quarterly for the service and do a good job. I will consider using their services after the contract expires, if their prices are lesser than the others.

So far everything has been ok with them. There was a failure to communicate liked promised.

They had to come back after a few weeks as the flea issue had not been fully resolved. I purchased the year long guarantee because I've had fleas inside before, and this package guaranteed none for the full year.

They responded quickly - came out and did the inspection and had it completed the same day. Just thought the price was a little HIGH.

They do a good job. They were very professional. If I need them to come out in between for any reason, they will. They come every three months.

Tthey called to confirm, they showed up on time, were very polite & punctual.

They use organic materials, no chemicals inside or out. They adjusted their pricing downwards for me several years ago. They always call in advance to schedule their appointment. I have not seen a cockroach in our house for the past 10 years.

Exterminator showed up at the house unannounced; left with job uncompleted. Most (backyard, inside house, garage) of the house was left untreated. I was still sent a bill from Terminix. I called and stated I didn't have a problem paying the bill as long as they came back to finish the job. I was told my account was suspended because of the incomplete payment. I again stated I would like them to complete the job before I paid. I was then sent a letter from Terminix threatening me with Collections. I called to find out why and I was told I was to receive a call from a "manager" which has never actually happened. I made another appointment in which the exterminator (confirmed three times) was to complete the previous treatment of my home and I was to pay at that time. I left my job to meet at the house to complete the home treatment at the time specified by Terminix. The exterminator did not show up nor bother to tell me that they were not coming. I called Terminix to find out the problem and was told my account was on hold. I was again threatened with Collections and told I would have to pay for a second treatment before the exterminator would show up and complete the first treatment (which was never finished in the first place). Needless to say, I cancelled all services with Terminix. I will be forced to pay or be turned over to collections and have to fight a whole other fight.

They do a good job. They spray outside unless interior is also needed. We pay yearly and if needed you can call them to come outside of their normal schedule.

They check for any issues and ask us if there are any problems. They do a pretty thorough job and we don?t seem to have any bugs.

The technicians with Terminix are really nice. The price is very reasonable for what they do. We had another company come out and give us an estimate and he wanted $1000 more so I am happy with Terminix's price. They clean up after themselves and hardly leave a sign they were there. They came within 3 days of being contacted at our convenience. They give you a 2 hour time frame and have always shown up within those 2 hours. They are very professional and explain everything before they do it. They provide good literature and make sure all your questions are answered.

I have a yearly service contract with Terminix Company. Their price is okay. Their workers are prompt and efficient. They are courteous.

They do an excellent job. We almost never see a bug or a mouse. We are very satisfied with their services.

We have a contract with them and we pay them quarterly when they come out. We don't have any reason to say that they haven't done a good job but they are very aggressive as far as marketing. They call and call and call. They send emails and I don't like it. That is the only problem I have with them. If we call them, they come right out. We'll keep using them until we move.

I pay around $130 for 3 months. They use more organic safe materials. They are very timely and they work with me on my schedule. They are here when I need them.

I spent $75 the last time I used them. There was nothing particular about them that stood out.

We were happy with the sales man and his presentation. We reviewed things online and we are looking at more details regarding the contract. They were very gracious about the 72-hour that we have. He was very professional and thorough in his inspection. He was trustworthy. I was not impressed with their central service. However, I was impressed with the person who came over. He called before he came and was perfect.

We are not from the Dallas area or even from an area that has termites, so once we became homeowners here, a termite infestation was one of our nightmares. Although the nightmare came true, we caught the situation early and we feel confident with the service and guarantees that Terminix provides. In particular, the fact that they reinspect and cover damages if the termites return is well worth the initial treatment fee and yearly renewal (under 200$). The only problem was with the billing. It seems as though the payment plan wasn't processed as expediently as the initial bill, which came directly from Terminix, so I paid the initial bill in full. The initial bill was also different from the amount on the contract (it was not itemized, but I realized that it didn't contain the fee for the two year guarantee). I called the local office about these issues but they did not seem to know very much about the billing. Later we got another bill from Service Master that applied the payment plan (for the full amount on the contract). At that point I called service master and they called the local office to verify the amount I already paid and what was left. The service master customer service was more effective than the local terminix office in that respect.

They are okay, but they are expensive, They said me an email and phone call when they are coming out. For what they do they just seem way too expensive.

The inspection turned out to be negative. They treated for prevention of termites. They will come back every year, at the cost of $199, four times a year. They will check and make sure that there is no termite damage. I had an excellent experience with them; they really did well. They answered all my questions and they were very knowledgeable about what they did. I checked around for the prices. There was another company which had a lesser price, but they were a new company compared to this company. As far as guarantee was concerned, Terminix excelled at guarantee for their work. There is no deductible. If termite damage does occur, they will repair it at their cost. So, I decided to use them. They didn?t mess up. I have shrubs around the house and they didn?t disturb the plantings. I was on the internet researching them, when a call came through from their call center. The representative that came out told me that if I had contacted the company online, the call center would simultaneously call me. Also, I had received good recommendations from others, who had used them. I will use them again and I would recommend them to others. I was really pleased with them

This was the first time I used them and it went okay. I haven?t seen any termites so they did well as far as I know. They seemed very professional. The guy that came out and sold me the contract was really nice and explained everything. I thought the price was a little high but I guess that type of treatment is expensive.

Very happy with no termites or pests since moving into the house in November of 2002. Terminix is not cheap, but the service is excellent both indoors and out. House built in 1982 and had a previous history of termites. Neighbors have had termites, we have been problem free.
