They were okay. The service was not superior. It was nothing special.

I recommend them. I've used them for years and they're great. They're always on time and call before they come. I've been very pleased with them. They come out quarterly to spray around the house. If I need anything inside they will spray that too. I haven't had any bugs in the house. They're dependable and the prices are reasonable.

They do preventive control inside and outside the house. They are very professional and they explain a lot of stuff. We will continue to use them in the future.

They were professional. They have good customer service and are reasonably priced.

The pest-control people that come out are very friendly and professional. They always make it a point to ask if we are having any certain issues.

Their service people are really nice and they give advanced calls or emails to let you know when they are coming. You can easily change appointment times through an automated system and I will use them again in the future.

They come in every 3 months. A lot of times we have problems with certain types of bugs that are not even in the contract and they go ahead and spray. I have my pool eaten up by ants. They eat my liner. They sprayed it and they gave me stuff to spray every month around the pool so they don't eat the liner. So far it has worked.

I pay annually for their services. They have a lot of issues with personnel changes. I would attribute it to management issues, but I don’t know for sure. I occasionally have to call them back out and as soon as it dries up around here, I will call them back out again for ants. But I don’t have to pay for the extra treatments. I would use them in the future.

Terminix was supposed to come to my house for routine pest control services between 5 pm - 7 pm. I left work early & arrived at my house at 5:05 pm. There was a note on the door saying that the representative had been at my house until 5:09 but I didn't see anyone when I drove up at 5:05 pm. Terminix called the rep immediately but for whatever reason he/she couldn''t come back. I cancelled my account because I don't want to deal with dishonest people.

They are good. The quality of the service is good.

They seem to be real thorough. The guys that come out seem to be real nice. The price is alright or my husband wouldn't keep them. Every time we need them, they come.

They come every three months. Any time I have had a problem between that like I had a mouse in my closet they came and got it. They didn’t have an appointment, but they came that day. I don’t really know much about the price because they are the only ones I have used.

I will recommend Terminix to my friends and family members. They were thorough in their inspection and treatment.

John comes about once every three months to treat the interior and exterior of my home. He is thorough with his work and does a good job.

They spray around the outside of the house and inside if necessary. That is a special arrangement and they don’t come inside unless I have bugs inside. That is a very effective treatment. I don’t have any bugs. It works out very well for me. When I first started using them I had ants in the house and those ants are no longer in the house. They are all dead. It is a very effective treatment. I highly recommend them. I will continue to use them in the future.

When I moved into my home three years ago there was very little insulation in the attic. In some places there was zero. After last year's very cold winter I wanted to get the appropriate amount of insulation added to my attic before winter arrived. I was a bit overwhelmed by all the options. I also live in a neighborhood that has issues with rats; therefore, something that wouldn't be hospitable to rodents was of interest to me. My Terminix pest manager mentioned to me that Terminix was in the business of attic insulation. I have always had a really good experience with Terminix and I really value the opinion and advice of my pest manager, Greg Gauzin. He's excellent at his job and my house has been pest-free since Greg has been managing it. So, I trust his perspective. He had a guy out that same afternoon and I was given a quote. I loved the idea that the insulation included a chemical that made the insulation not the favorite resting spot for rodents. The cost seemed a little high to me but I also believe you get what you pay for. Based upon my experience with Terminix to date, I went with them. They installed the insulation in one day. The team made sure to cover all can lights with the appropriate fixtures, and came up with a creative way to get the hose to the attic in a way that created very little disruption to my home and daily activities (I work from home). The team put drop cloths on my furniture and protected my hardwood floors. They were extremely neat and I never saw a speck of dust when they were done. I was really impressed and had braced myself for dust in the house. There wasn't any. What prompted me to share this experience on Angie's List was the feedback I got from my HVAC company about the work Terminix did in installing the insulation. When my HVAC company came in for the Winter inspection, I noted that I had recently had insulation blown in the attic and to let me know if he saw problems or hazards from the work Terminix did. He said, that he had seen some really bad insulation jobs and would let me know what he found. He came out of the attic and said that Terminix had done a really great job and that it was even the neatest and best done insulation job he had seen in years. That feedback just reinforced my opinion of Terminix. They aren't the cheapest service provider, but I'm getting what I pay for ... excellent service.

Greg Gauzin has provided service at my home 4x a year for 2 years. I appreciate Greg's kind, friendly and professional approach. No matter the time of year, my home is bug-free. When I bought my current home 3 years ago, I learned in the inspection report that the amount of insulation in my attic didn't meet code. It was just 5 inches in some places. During a recent inspection, Greg noticed this and mentioned to me that Terminix had just begun to install insullation as a service. I live in a neighborhood that is known to have lots of rats (Preston Hollow) and Greg knew that keeping rodents out of my house was a top priority for me. He told me about how Terminix was installing Energy Star qualified TAP insulation that was known to deter rodents. When I told him I was interested in having someone provide a quote, he had someone there that same afternoon. I can't say enough nice things about Greg Gauzin and the confidence I have in him. The previous owners complained of a sugar ant problem and I have yet to see one.

I have used them for about 2 years now. I normally spend about $110 per quarter. They seem to do a good job.

We have used Terminix in the past and have been happy with their services. In particular, I liked James from the Dallas office. We now needed help with possible rodent problem, so when I saw "$50 off for pest control services" coupon on Angie's List, I called Terminix first. Short version: the sales rep who took my call persisted in attempting to sign us up for annual service after I repeatedly requested one-time service (he warned 2x problem would return, 2x cited recent calls from our city, conditions in Texas, etc), and he would not honor Angie's List coupon, saying it was only for annual service, though no restriction stated on coupon I printed from Angie's List. He asked for credit card in advance, then when I indicated I did wish to schedule but would likely call around for another quote (I asked re: cancellation policy since he wanted CC#), he said he did not wish to sign us up if we would cancel (may be paraphrasing, but I believe he said it wouldn't benefit anyone, tone felt negative/confrontational), and I don't think my question re: cancel policy was ever answered. Conversation got to point that my husband (overheard my end) prompted me to ask for manager, had to twice ask before transferred (rep first said was taking card #, when asked again, he asked for what purpose). Service is more expensive than we would like to pay, reason called was b/c of Angie's List coupon that was not honored as printed, feel negatively about continued effort to sell annual contract after refusal, did not feel courteous/respectful. We received a less expensive one-time service in the past, and to my recollection other companies have honored Angie's List coupons per wording on coupon, even if said intended to mean something else. We also had past issue (finally resolved) with Terminix repeatedly calling to schedule service after informed no longer customers & did not want calls (had annual contract in past, but discontinued & afterward used one-time services as needed). All in all, feel positive re: James & past services, but negative re: phone experiences with company.

I have been pleased with their service. I would use their services again in the future.

They did a great job. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and will go above and beyond. He will bring me more sticky traps when I catch a mouse. I will continue to use them in the future.

Badly ! Ouarterly inspections serviced. Serviced fewer and fewer stations. Calls to complain in that only 12 of the 33 stations brought. Installation of more stations, but had a reinspection or adjustment of bait. Inspection by another company found termites in the house.

I have had no more roaches or bugs of any kind for a while now. When they come out they don’t seem to do a whole lot, but whatever they do is very effective. Their website is very sophisticated and the scheduling and bill pay can all be done online which I really like. They also send reminders of upcoming appointments so I won’t forget.
