Terminix - Richardson -Termite & Pest Control

We have been using them for probably 20 years. My husband writes out the check and I don’t know about the pricing. They have been very good.

I have a termite contract with them. Here in Texas, you need to protect your home against termites. If any termites pop up, I can call them anytime and they'll handle it. I had contact with them for over 10 years. They cover the whole country. If there's a problem with termites, they take care of it.

The technician that they send always lets me know whether or not he finds anything such as the beginning of fire ants that I haven’t seen out in the yard, on the spring on the inside. He makes sure that he uses chemicals that are not harmful to my cats and lets me know what he has seen in the areas, so I can be aware and be on the lookout. I pay $108 quarterly. I would tell others that this technician is very thorough and I am very glad to have him.

Everything turned out pretty good. They did everything that they were supposed to do. So far we haven't had any issues with termites. If they said that they would come out at a certain time, they would be there.

The same guy comes out all the time. So, it is a familiar face. Once I had potbelly pigs in the backyard, and he was very careful to work around them. He stopped to say hello to them. He is just very friendly and very good. They are so effective spraying the outside that I have never needed them to spray on the inside. I always have an option of calling them out to do the inside as well if I have a problem. If I see any bugs, they will always come back to spray again. I think their price is right in line with everybody else. They normally give a break in prices if one gets a contract with them. I have a contract with them. I think the price is fair especially since they have been very effective. It is not the lowest, but it is very fair for the quality I get. I have tried to do some of the chemical things on by own before, but it did not work.

They're very fast and efficient. They were very nice and professional. They came when they said they were going to come. So, they were very punctual. They told us everything they were doing, and why they were doing it.

They have been very good to us. Their price is probably on the side. We have been with them from a long time and they have handled rodents in the attic to the wasp nests in the shrubs. Their quality has been fine. It’s great. I would use them in the future.

They do an alright job. They used to come out every month and now it is once every three months and they and they have also upped their fees. The service isn’t as good as it used to be.

I signed up for termite coverage but the guy was so pushy I cancelled it. The people who spray for pests are great. It’s just that the termite people were so pushy! I don’t want to be force-fed something. I want to have time to think about it. The pest people do a thorough job. If I still have pests after they come out, they’ll come back again and I don’t have to pay for it. I have some mealy bugs in my pantry. I’m scared to death of spiders and they check very carefully instead of rushing in and rushing out. The people that have come out have done everything I've asked. I think the price is a little high but it's hard to say until I check on prices with others. I didn't check on any other prices. I guess they are average but I can't truly say. They kill my bugs. When they say they're going to be there, they show up. If they happen to be five or ten minutes late, they call. They are very professional. I used another company before and it all depends on the people who are doing it. The people that do my bug stuff are really good; I didn't like the termite guy's pushiness.

I've been very happy with them. It's a very nice and personable young man that comes out. They do a good job. I think the price is pretty good for a year service, the guarentee against termite damage and repair. Their responsiveness is very good. I haven't had to have them back out for extra service but they always assure me that if I need them in between regularly scheduled service I just need to call them.

I would recommend their service to others.

The man that comes out is such a nice person. He has been doing my mothers house longer than he has been doing mine. He was always friendly with my mother. She looked forward to talking with him. He was very caring when she passed away. I started using them because we had something in our attic, It turns out that it was squirrels. They had to set traps. After than instance, I decided to start using them for my preventative care. I am very happy with them.

If I have any problems in the middle they don’t charge for that and take care of those things. They have call-corder service as well and I can call them whenever I want.

They get the job done and they’re reliable. I can call them whenever I have a problem and they’re pretty quick at responding. They do a good job overall.

It was fine. I would use them again in the future.
