One guy, Casey Hudson tackled the entire job - replaced the screen material and re-worked the rollers. Now the screens are pleasing to look through and roll with my little finger. Very impressive attention to detail and no delays in finishing the job.

I left a message on their answering machine late one afternoon and it was returned the next day. They were able to schedule an appointment within a few days. They arrived as scheduled. The were very personable and professional. They took time to explain why they use the type of screening material they recommended. The job was completed promptly for a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Casey showed up on time and did the job very quickly and reinstalled the door and everything was great. If I had tried to do this job myself the materials alone would have cost almost this much and then I probably couldn't have gotten it in straight and it would have taken me all day. This is the way to go.

I was completely satisfied with the man. He knew what he was doing. He didn't take a lot of time to replace the screen and also they were no additional charges. He cleaned and lubricated all the wheels of the door. When he brought the door back he very carefully cleaned the upper and the lower tracks and made sure they were no foreign materials in there. He spent 10 minutes perfectly aligning the door again so that it was square in the tracks. It took nearly an hour to do that work completely. It was great and extremely consciences work. It looks great and slides better than it has ever had.

I saw this company at the Dallas Home Show. I was impressed with the concept. They come to your house with a trailer which is their factory. They measure, cut, repair or build a new screen on sight. Nothing compares with this. The alternative is you have to have an appointment for someone to come out to measure. Then you wait a couple of weeks and then you have to make another appointment. They come out and install your screens, if they fit, if they don't you start over. So for me it is a no brainer. It doesn't get easier than this.
