Fast and easy! Dropped screens off and had them back in two days

I dropped off my old, broken screens as templates for the new ones. Two days later I picked up four brand-new ones which were better made than the originals. They fit the windows perfectly and no one could beat the price.

The ScreenMobile texted me the day before to verify the time. The next day, he came on time and got right to work. The screens were quickly replaced and he showed me how to rearrange the panels in my doors and windows, while they were there. It was less than $100.00 for less than one hour. Blanca tried very hard to pull the screen, but she could not harm it. (Photo below)

We emailed Screenmobile to get a quote to repair window screens that had hail damage. Eric provided a quote within 24 hours and scheduled our repairs for the following week. A few days before the installation, we decided to install solar screens. Eric promptly provided us with a revised estimate. The job was done professionally and as scheduled. On the day of the installation, the solar screen for an arc window had to be postponed because it was a special order. A few days later the screen was installed. We were invoiced after the installation was complete. The crew did an amazing job and left everything clean.

Arrived two hours later than scheduled. Then the job was bigger than expected. Did half of the work very efficiently. Scheduled the balance of the work the following Tuesday afternoon. When the installer did not arrive by 3:30 p.m., I called and was told they had problems and could not make the appointment. I indicated that was not acceptable and the supervisor said he would call me back. He called in a few minuted and told me the installer was on the way. The work was completed efficiently and professionally. The installers broke the lock on the screen door and repaired it. All in all I will probably contact ScreenMobile for future screen work.

They arrived right on time and performed the work quickly and professionally. There were six windows that were old and required extra work to make the screens fit, but they took care of it. I am very pleased and would use them again and recommend them to others.

He was originally scheduled to come at 12 Noon but called to ask if it was okay if he came earlier. It was certainly fine with us. Gave us an estimate before he started. It took about 30 minutes. The new screen looks great.

Screen mobile appeared as scheduled to determine the scope of work, the type of screening required, and prepare a cost estimate. Upon approval of work, they gave us an initial work date in May. However, they had a cancellation a couple of days after the estimate and called to determine whether we could reschedule on short notice. We agreed happily. The screen repairman arrived as scheduled and completed the replacement quickly, courteously and professionally. We were very pleased at the result and the reasonable cost. This was our second time to use Screenmobile. Since we have grandchildren and a dog we may need screen service again at some point. We'll call them.

My tenant forgot his key, so decided to cut out the screen on the kitchen window to try to break in! I despaired of getting the screen replaced, as three of us could not figure out how to get the storm window out to get to the screen. I was able to schedule an appointment with Screenmobile within two days. Casey arrived promptly and quickly completed the work. It was quite a challenge to get to the screen, but he did it. The cost was very reasonable, especially for only one screen. I highly recommend this company for their quick response, fair prices, and excellent service.

Arrived promptly and did an excellent job. The only quibble I had was that I quoted a cheaper price over the phone. When the work was complete and I was presented the bill, the per screen price was higher because the screens were 'full screens'. We have double-hung windows and the screens cover both the lower and upper sash...I guess I thought that was a given. The price was still reasonable and the work was excellent. I just wish I had known in advance.

I called to get prices and scheduled for them to come out and replace 4 window screens. Sergio scheduled it for 2-3 weeks out. I called the morning of the scheduled date to confirm and the lady that answered the phone confirmed they would be here at the scheduled time (10:30am). Within an hour Sergio calls me to inform me they would not be coming out and I could reschedule for 3 more weeks out. That's pretty short notice. I asked why he couldn't fit me in sooner and call to reschedule someone that was scheduled after I was. Apparently from my conversation with him, it was not cost effective for them to come to my area because they didn't have other jobs in the same area scheduled for this day. I assume they schedule all callers, keep them on their schedule and cancel last minute if they hadn't scheduled other jobs in that same area. Of course he didn't tell me this up front. Pretty greedy, inconsiderate and unprofessional to captivate prospective customers and drop them last minute. I had called them because I wanted to have my windows open without letting in bugs, now that cooler weather is here. But now I still have to run my air conditioner even though it's cooler outside than inside. I've lost all this time to save from using AC and have to now search for another company. In contrast, I found a different company on Angie's List that will come out tomorrow (one day after I called them) and have my screens in within a week. This other company has better prices also. I will write a review as soon as they complete the job. Wish I would have called them 3 weeks ago. If you want reliability, don't schedule with Screenmobile of Dallas, unless you want the same experience. (don't confuse this company 3 other companies with similar names) This is the first business on Angie's List that I've not given an A. In fact I am so disappointed I can rate them no higher than an F.

They were unbelievable. They used better quality screens than builders grade. They are very pleasant and professional. He was out of here in less than 2 hours and everything was self-contain. The Pricing was very reasonable for what he did.
