Rafael was punctual, very professional, and efficient. We told him what the issue was and he identified possible solutions, plus the cost of each. He quickly identified the problem and made the repair. He charged us what he said the cost would be for that repair. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely call him again!

It went well. Just needed a lot of work. New circuit board, some new valves in the yard, a couple of heads relocated, and one broken pipe. They did a good job.

A routine tune-up and sprinkler head replacement became urgent when we noticed a wet spot in the middle of our lawn. Rafael was able to fit me in the same day, quickly found the source of the leak, replaced the leaking part, and tuned up our system for a reasonable price. Santamariavis who I will call from now on for any needed sprinkler servicing.

We had to replace our 19 year old control box the the sprinkler system to accommodate the drip system. They also found a zone that wasn't working and replaced the wiring and fixed any links. Two days later I notice water bubbling from a sprinkler head. I called and there were out to fix it the next day. They gave me a 1 year guarantee on the system.

They worked quickly and efficiently and replaced two mechanical valves, and provided a 1-year guarantee on their work. So all good there. The original estimate and replacement of one valve was $125 (parts and labor), which was about the same quote I was getting from other vendors. The second inline valve was next to the first and I decided to have them replace that one, as well, since they were already there. They charged an additional $75.

Santamaria worked with our landscaping plans to put drip irrigation in the beds and fix the broken spray heads and lines. They provided a drawing to show us how all the zones would be divided along with an overall budget. One season we had a new controller installed and drip lines, another season we completed the remaining zones. They even ran individual lines to our potted plants and under the circular drive. Guaranteeing their work, the next year they replace a line that got cut. I'm so happy with our beautiful yard!

When I got contacted them, he responded immediately and came the same day to go over the work and give an estimate. I had 2 other quotes. He has over 14 years of experience. He said he would start on Saturday, but started 2 days early on Thursday and had everything done by Monday. He showed me everything he was doing, he drew up the plans for the additional work. He designed it in such a way that the water usage could be controlled. His design required 1 less zone. His work is very neat and he cleaned up everything and I am very satisfied! He gave 2 year warranty on parts and labor.
