Rafael and his crew were great! Prompt and professional they got the job done very quickly. I'm quite satisfied with their work. Will be using them again in the future

Called him to fix 3 things on my sprinkler system. Spent 30 minutes, charged $180 and when I checked the very same weekend, none of the 3 fixes worked. When called back, he said it is due to sun and he does not even stand behind his work for 2 days. Lost valuable time and some money. You have been warned.

Called him for an appointment. Said he would come between noon and 3pm. Called him at 3pm and he said he was running late. I requested he call me if he was on his way. Never called, Never showed up.

These guys do great work. Arrived on time and go to work. They will replace what needs to be replaced and won't try to take advantage of the situation. Honest, good work..what else can you ask for? I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and will definitely call them again

It went great! They were very professional and quick. Obviously they have years of experience and took care of the challenges with ease. I recommend them for repairs for sure.

Team called first thing in the morning. Arrived on time and worked diligently to identify the problem and resolve. There was not any down time for the team. They found the problem to be a valve and water pressure issue. Resolved the problem and were completed with the entire process, identifying and resolving the issue, in less than an hour. Definatly recommend.

Rafael was able to come by the same day I called. He was a little late, but called to let me know he was delayed. He gave me a very reasonable quote, showed up the next morning and performed the repairs quickly and cleaned up the yard very well. I highly recommend him.

I hired them many times and now my daughter used them also. It was excellent. The owner was Rafael, he was through, reasonable, prompt and a good communicator.

Initially well but later horribly. He was supposedly looking for a leak in a sprinkler zone and told me he could not find the leak because it's behind the bushes. He then proceeded to change the valve for the zone even though he knew he was looking for a leak. I told him to come back and dig behind the bushes if needed to find the leak and fix it. He suggested to me that he would rather cancel the zone and reinstall it. I agreed to proceed. All this time, he refused to engage in a dialogue with me and only wanted to text me. The end result was that he installed a new sprinkler zone on my GRAVEL walkway. What a MORON!!! I would not recommend this guy for anything unless you have the time to hover over him. He has absolutely no intelligence of his own.

Had a leak at the main control box. They came the next day, right on time. Turned out the leak was from nearby city water connection. They performed a check of the entire system, & repaired a cracked line and replaced some sprinkler heads. Very efficient & I was happy with the price. Only complaint is that they made the repairs before showing me everything that needed to be fixed, & didn't give me an estimate before fixing.

Santamaria preformed the work in about 3 days. The crew work very hard to insure the system and planting was completed correctly and timely. They asked questions to make sure we understood what was happening as well as offered many suggestions that they knew would be helpful and add a custom touch. They were on time each and every day. We are extremely please with the quality of their work and would hirer them again for any future work.
