Peeks has been in business since 1969 and has been a part of the Mill Creek family since 2002. Millcreek employs approximately 500 full-time employees. There are twenty-one locations throughout the state of Oklahoma, Kansas, including 4 locations in North Texas dedicated to the carpet, wood and tile business. In every location, we strive to give our customers a positive experience with our award-winning customer service. Our installers are like family and many have worked for us for over 15 years. Description of Work: They installed wool carpeting we purchased from them. They were timely, professional. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. The installation took longer, but the communication was good and we knew what to expect.

THE COMPANY SALES REP WAS AVAILABLE VERY QUICKLY AND ON TIME. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ON CARPET QUALITY, OPTIONS AND INSTALLATION TECHNIQUES. THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE OR CHEAPER THAN COMPETITORS. IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO GET THE CARPET AND INSTALLERS OUT. THE TWO INSTALLERS WERE CAREFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GOOD JOB FINISHING OUT THE CARPET EDGES AND ELIMINATING SEAMS.
