Adauto is responsive and answer calls quicky. He spends at least 30 or more minutes checking chemicals, brushing, vacuuming the pool and spa and the pool and water look great for this season! He is good at corresponding and makes recommendations and gets approval before performing things that cost extra. He takes care of the equipment. Other services I used where there for a few minutes and or my stuff was getting broken? If you do not know what your pool service is doing for the money you pay them I can tell you from experience that all pool services do not all do the same job! Adauto does a superb job and I highly recommend his company! He may not be the least expensive, but he does the best job I have seen out of several pool service companies.

We moved or we would still be using their services. The were prompt and on time with regular maintenance and the handful of times when we had problems with equipment they were amazing often coming out the the next day, if not the same day. Adauto operates with a high level of professionalism and respect. Their pricing is market and their service quality is easily above market. I would use them again if I moved back to their service area.

maui provided weekly cleaning and water chemical balancing for us for a long time. now we moved out of state and wish they could take care of our pool here. occasional repairs or light replacements were done on time and done well. you will enjoy their service attitude.

Adauto is friendly, makes great suggestions, has kept my pool clean for years. I just joined Angie's List or I would have reviewed him early. Very dependable.

Maui Pool Services called us back the very day we needed service, which is pretty unheard of in this industry sadly, so I was very pleased. He did very fast work and though it needed some additional tweaking, he came and handled that right away also. His price was slightly more than I could get elsewhere, but I put a price on speed of service in this case and that was worth it to me.

They did excellent work keeping the pool up to date through most of the season. They really know what they are doing and are very skilled. However, in the fall, I called them to clean it up and put the cover on it. The pool filled up with leaves. The pool filled up with leaves and we could not use it the next summer.

Left detailed report regarding work done last year as they did some servicing and replaced the booster pump for Polaris cleaner. Well a hose popped out of the pump during our cold freeze so the pool couldn't run due to the open system. It was just after the one year mark since they did the work. Not a problem as they came out two days later and fixed the connection...at NO CHARGE! Great customer service!

Aduato is always there when he says he will be, he charges a fair price and does an excellent job! We have tried several pool cleaning companies, but we will keep using Maui because we are very happy with the service.

We moved into rental house that had a pool that had been neglected. Maui was very responsive and committed to fixing the problem. I also used them for weekly pool service and they always did an awesome job. Unfortunately, the house we built does not have a pool, but I will be recommending Maui to anyone that needs pool service.

Pool looks great. Water chemistry is always in line. He always shows up and keeps us up to date with what is going on with our pool etc. We have and will continue to highly recommend him.

Good service, staff is competent and on time, came back to do some additional work and figured out a configuration problem with the spa controller ... no charge! Also, took care of our pool maintenance for a few months as we prepared to sell the house.. no issues!

Maui Pool Services have been very good and I recommended them to other people. I think they have a really fair price. he does very, very good work. he's very professional and I just like him. He's not as punctual as I'd like.

Called several services that did not want to service my pool because I have a sand filter. These guys came right over and when the initial clean up service was not as much as expected adjusted the fee down. They have been providing a weekly service every since and have been very dependable.

Aduato, the owner, is the only contact but he doesn't perform the work. He handles the customer side of the business. Another guy, forgot name, came out to perform the work. The same guy each time. Aduato is very friendly, professional and helpful. The other guy was fine, but we never engaged him. He just came to the back yard, did his work and left. I called because my Polaris cleaner was not working as the booster pump wouldn't work. Aduato inspected the mechanicals and found a faulty Jandy Valve (an automatic valve that opens/closes based on pool cycle) which wasn't moving. This made sense because we kept having our spa drain (it is elevated) both when running the spa and after the pool cycles so it obviously wasn't closing. When he manually adjusted it the booster pump turned on briefly so it seemed like the problem was it wasn't getting any water due to valve not moving. So we decided to replace it. The price quoted was about $70 higher than I found on internet ($130 vs. $200) for parts, but includes a 1-year warranty in which Aduato will take care of the replacement for you vs. you having to manage the process (have to pay for labor either way). You have a choice (can supply your own part). Total cost was ~$300. The replacement went on schedule and it solved the spa draining problem, but did not fix the booster pump. So the next job was to replace the pump, which went smooth (I didn't check internet prices this time) for ~$475. They also cleaned and inspected the D.E. filter for $100. The only issue was in a disagreement on the settings for the Jandy Valve. My pool has an elevated spa which has slots for waterfalls and is intended to have water cycle through when the pool runs. They set the valve up to close the water flow to spa when pool is running, and vice versa when spa is running (which is ok). By closing the spa during pool cycle you are not only preventing the waterfall feature but you are creating a closed system so you have to manage the water independently in the spa and pool. This is not the way that integrated spas are meant to be operated. Aduato actually disagreed, which blew my mind. I had to argue my point and have them come out and reset the valve so it would open slightly to the spa when running the pool. He went ahead and performed the adjustment, but I couldn't believe he thought that was how a pool was suppoed to be set up. However, even though we had this disagreement Aduato was also very professional and civil. He continued to follow up to make sure that everything was working as expected which was very appreciated. He made sure that I was going to be happy with the servce, very customer friendly. I would absolutely recommend Maui Pool Services to anybody.

The pool has not functioned this well in the last couple of years. I can enjoy it weekly without having to worry about the weekly maintenance.The spa is functioning and although it doesn't go as hot as I would like it to it is still enjoyable.

In addition to needing weekly pool service, I also desperately needed an acid-wash green-to-clean service before we could use our pool this summer. Adauto's crew cleaned up our pool very well on very short notice. Weekly pool service since has been very good since. As a bonus, Adauto has no problem with my exuberant boxers, who can remain free to access the yard during pool servicing while we are at work. Thanks, Adauto!

We needed a series of repairs prior to closing on our sale. Eduarto assessed the pool based on the buyer's inspection report, and brought in an electrician to help with the lighting and someone else to assist with the tiles. Meanwhile, he tackled the filter (cleaning), repaired pump and replaced the actuators. This multi-faceted job was done quickly and professionally.

Adauto was very knowledgeable and professional. He really went the extra mile, even calling to follow up later to make sure everything was working properly. He also found something another company did incorrectly and fixed that. I would definitely call him again and have already recommended him to a friend!

In addition to cleaning the filter and checking the pool equipment for the upcoming season, Adauto also fixed a problem with the seal on our filter. I appreciated the fact that he called to follow up and make sure everything was working properly after his visit, and I definitely plan to use Maui again when we need pool service. I had my pool's DE filter serviced and he did an outstanding job. He answered my questions and gave suggestions for preventative maintenance. I will call upon them the next time I need to have my filter serviced.

They found the time to squeeze us in on the Saturday before Easter when no one else would even return a call! Upon arrival, they worked to diagnose our issues, show us the problem and then fix it promptly.

The price for the cleaning and replacing the flilters was very reasonable and the work was done in a professional manner. The Work site was clean, the hose put away properly and no residual garbage from the job. A great company that I will use again in the future.

Each time he arrived at the house he was punctual and provided me with updates regarding what he was doing and alternative recommendations. I was very happy with the service, as well as showing up at a reasonable time, on such a late call. I would strongly recommmend this company to anyone. They go out of their way to assist their customers, and are honest about what can be done in a given amout of time.

Adauto was wonderful about keeping me informed about when he would arrive. He got to work right away and withing 24 hours our pool looked almost normal. Within 72 hours our kids were swimming in a pristine pool! His pricing is very reasonable and his work outstanding. We were so impressed we have hired him to maintain the pool weekly. Couldn't be happier!
