Installed electrical surge protection. Very helpful, responsive, and punctual.

I called this company in a panic because the electricity to my pond pump, and living room lights, was out. The gentleman who returned my call was actually on his day off, but after I told him the problem he agreed to come anyway. He and his helper arrived at my home approx. 15 min. later. This wasn't as simple as a broken circuit, and I showed them the only breaker switches in the house. I thought. They continued to search and test all over the house, but were determined to find it. They found the breaker in a switch in my living room! I had no idea it was even there. At that point they were able to fix my problem right away. Since these came immediately, even though it was a day off, I think is extraordinary. Then they had to spend quite a bit of time trying to locate the problem. They didn't intend on leaving until they discovered the reason I wasn't getting power, and indeed they did not! I happily recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. He and his helper were extremely kind, though I was no help to them in finding the problem. They set to work immediately, and did not waste any time while here. I believe them to be honest and efficient , and considering it was an emergency call, extremely reasonable with their price.

He made a thorough investigation of our electrical system, including the circuit breaker panel, and made recommendations for changing some of the outlets in our kitchen and garage. He was very professional and thorough and we were very pleased with his service.

It took over a week to get into contact with the provider. The install was scheduled for about a week and a half after the first contact. The provider arrived on time and performed the install within a half an hour. The provider was professional and knowledgable. I would use this company again for electrical service.

They did a really good job. When they came out they suggested a better option which was great. They gave us a different type of surge protection so they wouldn't have to make a hole in the wall. They ordered the part and it took about a week. Responsiveness was average, it took a while to get everything scheduled.

He was on-time, and very professional. He had to get a part to fix one of the items, which he did and returned and made sure everything was working again. He also checked on a switch that felt warm to the touch, and made sure it was safe for us. I would recommend him again, in fact, I bought a second service from him, but haven't used it yet.

Scheduled the service on/about Aug. 21, 2013. Through an eMail link in Angies List I listed initial potential dates for service. JBL responded with with an "unable to schedule until after Sep. 4th.". I submitted a set of alternative dates. JBL also requested photos of my circuit panel. I complied the day after their request and set photos both through the Angies List link as well as the eMail address listed in JBLs photo request. To date (Sep. 21, 2013), I still haven't received a response in any form to set/confirm a service date or acknowledgement of the photos sent as requested. In summary: * Unprofessional * Non-responsive Next step is to request a refund and find someone willing to do the work as advertised.

The contractor and his wife were very professional and thorough. I felt comfortable with them and am planning to hire them to work on my home. II already have recommended them to a friend.

We had purchased a big deal for the services, and it worked out great.

It went well, They were helpful in giving suggestions. They gave us the answers we were looking for.

JBL worked with me on the installations. I was missing one piece that had to be ordered and they came back to finish the installation when that part came in.

It was very positive. We have used him since the big deal. He is very reasonable and a really nice guy. We will continue to use him.

They did a good job and in fact I'm using them again.

Rese did a great job! He arrived right on the scheduled time, and was friendly and professional. My house was built in the 1930s and has some funky aspects to it, but Rese worked with it and actually worked an extra hour and he was also nice to my cats and dog. I am very happy with the new lighting and I almost feel like I have a new kitchen! I will definitely hire him in the future.

Work quality by owner was ok, although his helper did not seem very experienced and that slowed them down. They were also an hour late.

Ok, except I still trip the breaker.

So far they have been exceptional. They were timely and very efficient. I am very satisfied with what they've done. They are currently searching for some replacement trap cannisters for me. I am very, very pleased with them.
