Description of Work: I had some "dead" exterior outlets by my backyard pool. Needing power restored there, I called for some help. Rese talked me through the easy fixes, spending a lot of phone time and several calls trying to solve my problem remotely and for no fee. After exhausting the easy possibilities, he came out a couple hours later, on a Saturday. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, it was great!
