Four Seasons did a great job

We got several quotes for a sunroom added to our home and Four Seasons quote was the best and also met our quality expectations.

Tim did excellent job explaining about the product and spent a good time in answering all the questions. He also offered multiple design option to choose from for our patio space. Looking forward to the installation and using our Sunroom this coming summer.

For quite some time we had really wanted to upgrade and add a sunroom to our home. After speaking with several companies, we chose Four Seasons Sunrooms and are very satisfied with our choice. We used them to build a pergola in 2020. The service was excellent and the end result looks fantastic. Even in Texas storms, it has held up great through some massive hail storms, freezing weather, and summer extremes. We would definitely recommend.

Elegant Improvements, LLC did a great job of installing our Four Seasons sunroom. Covid slowed down the process some, but all worked out well and they kept us informed throughout the process. The sunroom was added on to a preexisting 11 x17 concrete slab extending from the existing home structure. We also had an AC/Heat window unit and a cat door installed. Most of the work was done during the hot summer months, and Jason, the builder did a masterful job in the construction. A big shoutout to him. We could not be more pleased with Four Seasons Sunrooms and Elegant Improvements.

Unfortunately, JP the general manager raise the cost on me different price than the initial contract, very unprofessional on his part. As of October 2020 still waiting for my room. JP had a different so called excuse week after week. At this point all I want is my money to be returned to me

Added a screenroom and roof extension to an existing patio. The work was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. A perfect experience.

The project took so long just to start. We put 1st installment in May. It is already almost the end of September and the project is just about to complete. I was told that it took time to get the materials since it's the Almond color. And Covid-19 was a factor, weather was a factor....

Hello, my wife and I have been 4 Seasons sunroom owners since 2002 and want to share our experience over that time. We went to the Arlington Convention Center for an Outdoor Living and Garden show and that's where we met JP and I believe Robert who was with him. We were struck by their knowledge, sincerity, as well as a willingness to answer all questions and encouraging us to ask if we had more. After reviewing several other companies, we made the decision to go with JP and 4 Seasons. We could not have been more pleased. From the initial detailing of the specs to tearing down the old patio to putting the sunroom and extended patio, they kept us informed of the progress. When it was finally done, they gave us a show and tell on it and again emphasized that they were there anytime we had questions or needed help. Over the years, we thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom. During summer, when the nieces and nephews were young, turn on the AC and let them romp around. Come evening, cook out food in the outdoor patio or sit and enjoy. During winter, we switched to heat and continued to enjoy it. However, in addition to this what really, really made the whole experience so enjoyable was the way JP and his entire team treated us. Whether it was a simple question or needing work, they made us feel welcome and valued from the first phone call. Earlier this year, the AC/Heater unit started giving problems. After finding a comparable model, we again reached out to JP to get the new unit installed. As with previous calls, his team handled it very courteously. They had a backlog due to COVID but were still very professional. We got it scheduled and the unit was replaced. From JP, the front desk, to the installers they have sent through the years, every one has made us feel valued. It is very nice knowing they're there when you need them and that they provide responsive and professional service. We can't say enough about that intangible. We are glad we made the decision to go with 4 Seasons. We have recommended them over the years and as long as we receive this kind of service, we will continue to do so. I built an additional sunroom to my home. It s a beautiful room with all the amenities and total glass. My family and I are enjoying it every evening
