Four Seasons Sunrooms - Dallas

We had the pleasure of working with Tim Pruden of Four Seasons Sunrooms and it was one of the best experiences. He came out to see what we wanted, took his time in explaining the process and helped us through our indecisions. Overall, he made a somewhat stressful process for us go smooth and easy. From dealing with the HOA and submitting all the pertinent information to delivering a high quality product. We say our house is jealous now because we spend so much time in our sunroom. One of the best decisions we ever made. We are already referring family & friends! Definitely a good choice!

We had Four Seasons Sunrooms enclose our existing covered patio; we are so glad that we had it done. We just love spending time in it with family and friends. We highly recommended Four Seasons Sunrooms highly to anybody.

This is the 2nd sunroom I purchased from Four Seasons Dallas, Texas. Their quality & warranty is 5 star. On the first one, had a problem 14 years later & JP was there for my concerns. Time and communication between sale and installation was disappointing

We recently had our patio enclosed with a Four Seasons sunroom. We contracted with Tim Pruden, who was helpful throughout the process and even dealt with our HOA. There were some delays in having the materials made and shipped, then weather delays; but once Lee Compton started the installation was quick, thorough, and professional. I expressed a couple of personal preferences to JP, the owner, and Mr. Compton did a great job of completing the project.

I had a 4 Season sunroom built with an extra porch area. Sunroom and porch came out stunning, any issues I had was addressed and they worked to resolve it in some form or another. For example an outdoor fan would sit too low, they suggested a light in its place and a separate outdoor fan on the side, Iâ ve also decided to add extra recess lights, it was accommodated. My skylight had a leak, they sent the roofer and had it fixed. The only issue I had was the long wait for materialâ s to arrive and for each segment of service to be completed, it took a year to build, that was frustrating, however the job was done well. From the builder of the sunroom, the concrete layer, electrician, AC tech to the front office were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them but also be prepared for delays, they in demand.

Tim Pruden, was the sales person and a great guy to work with. Well informed, understanding, well-mannered and professional. We feel we could reach him anytime, even after the sales was over. He honored his words and assisted us as promised all throughout. Jason [Provider Name Removed], came to build the sun room for us. We could not have asked for a more professional guy. He is always punctual, respectful, communicates well, keeping us informed on what is going on, at the end of his shift cleans up and keeps the area clean. He is very kind, hardworking, polite, always taking the time to answer our questions, nothing ever too small for him to do for us, he is a master craftsman. Excellent at his work. I will use these guys again and again. They know their fields and do wonderful jobs. They are the best and we are proud to work with them. You both ROCK!

Tim did a good job on the design and the installers did a great job on our sun room and windows. Would definitely recommend.

Our new Four Seasons screened in porch is the favorite space in our newly built home. We are very pleased with the quality of the products used. The screens are very durable and with our strong winds plus toddlers banging up against them. The structure seems very sturdy and well built. We were given color options and were able to see samples of the products prior to making our decisions. The process was smooth and we are very pleased with the outcome. It does take a few weeks for the manufacturer to ship the building supplies, but once the materials were delivered it only took a few days to build. We were very pleased with the crew who did the construction and the electrician who installed recessed lights and ceiling fans. They were very professional and attentive to our preferences on details. So happy with the outcome.

Four Seasons Sunrooms did an amazing job on my sunroom. They enclosed my existing covered patio with windows. Now we have an additional room on our house. The company did a great job communicating the timeline and pushing through the supply side delays. The installer was an excellent craftsman.

They built a sunroom for me 22 years ago. Their workmanship, materials and work was superior and that sunroom lasted us for 22 years without a problem. A recent hail storm damaged it beyond repair and it must be demolished and a new sun room constitute. They did such a marvelous job last time I contracted with them without a second thought.

Our installer, Lee, was extremely professional and did a great job of keeping us informed about the schedule. He did great work and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied.

Terrible experience. The slab has a lengthwise Crack after 1 week and I am being forced to swallow that this happens all the time. Planning to have building inspector look into it.
