He did very good work.

Company representative, Jon, was very friendly, came out on time and seemed very knowledgeable. He stated he would have an estimate to me in a matter of days. A week later, I called and asked why I had not received an estimate and he stated he was very busy and would have it to me by the end of the weekend. I called back the next Tuesday and left a voicemail once again asking about the estimate. He never returned my call. This is extremely poor customer service and I will never use this company or recommend them.

Jon is a great guy. We've used him in the past to do some other work around our house and couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and the quality of his work. He did an excellent job with each task. The bathroom ended up looking even better than we expected. He arrived on time; did a great job of cleaning up each day; and treated our home with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend him for any work you may be considering around your home. I have no doubt that when the next house improvement project comes up, we'll be back in touch with Jon.

Disappointing.

Went well. Returned call very quickly, helpful, friendly, explained process and completed work quickly. Stuck to estimate and walls look excellent.

Once again Jon Seay did a wonderful job. He figured out the necessary angles to make the baseboard work. He sanded the corners of the boards where they met the existing shallower door casings. He executed a tricky transition where the baseboard spanned the wood floor which was higher and the tile floor. The application of beaded board upgraded the look of the island and kitchen cabinets from ho-hum builder's standard to a cottage kitchen feel. The front door was transformed from four separate elements with sheetrock between them to a cohesive front door piece that you see in magazines. The outdoor repair work was done carefully and well. Jon even cheerfully redid caulk on the front slate that we messed up after being warned not to do so.

He called me back fairly quickly (I emailed on Wednesday, he called on Saturday). When he called me back, I was in the car. We talked about what needed to be done and he said that he would stop by that day to give me an estimate. I told him that I was in the car and could be home around 1:00. He said that he would plan on coming over around 2:00 but would call first. I was home from 1:00 - 4:00, cancelling other plans as I really needed to get this wall done. However, he never called back.

He came out and looked at everything and never called me back. He has Angie's List on his truck and business cards, so I thought he would be concerned about getting back with his customers.

Jon and his sidekick Freddie did an absolutely magnificent job!! We could not be more pleased with the way our house looks. Jon and Freddie are truly masters of their craft. They arrived when they said they would, worked diligently while they were in our home, and treated our possessions with the utmost care. We had new carpet installed BEFORE we had the house painted, but Jon assured us that would not pose a problem. True to his word, not one drop of paint or primer ever found its way to our new carpet. Having one's home painted is not usually a pleasant experience because of the upheaval, inconvenience, and smell. Jon and Freddie, however, made the experience (which took 9 full days) as pleasant as it could possibly be. We trusted them so much that several times they worked while we were out of the house. The quality of their work is amazing, and Jon's attention to detail and eagerness to please his customers is truly remarkable. We will use Jon again without hesitation!

Jon and Co did a terrific job and cleaned up well.

Jon stays in touch very well. He made sure I always knew what the schedule was, and when he or his workers would be at my home. He started the work when he said he would, and he completed it when he said he would. The work quality was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

John Scey was the gentleman who did the work for us, along with Fred, his helper. They removed the old window, cut the hole and lifted the 600 pound door we had purchased in. They made it look easy. Our breakfast nook has a wonderful new look and these contractors were just fantastic.

They were reliable and on time everyday. The work took about three weeks to complete which was quick for the work that was done. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.

We were very pleased with Jon's work and his attitude. He was courteous, responsive and had a great positive attitude. The work ended up costing a little more than his estimate, but his attitude, and abilities were very important to us, which we felt made it money well spent. He's an absolute pleasure to work with and we will definitely use him in the future. He's a jack of many trades and he and electricity respect each other. He even bought a used washer and dryer off us, and took an old dishwasher off our hands!! WE WERE IMPRESSED.

My husband and I were 100% satisfied with the work. John gave us a timely and fair estimate, started work right away, and finished within two days. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk with. Our next project will be replacing an existing window with a French door, and we will be calling John to perform the work.

Jon is wonderful to work with. He listened to what we wanted, suggested ways to achieve the result. He and his sidekick, Freddie, did a wonderful job of preparing, moving furniture, installing molding and painting. They worked around our schedules. When a slight color matching problem occurred, they acknowledged the problem and repainted the room. The molding included some unusual angles, which Jon figured out, he is a perfectionist. We had a special request for a bracket to terminate the molding and Jon adapted a stock item to finish the job beautifully. We can't say enough about the good natured way that Jon and his crew performed the work. They did a wonderful job. The price was very fair for the amount and quality of work. We highly recommend him to anyone!!! I intend to hire him for additional work.

After a minor delay, the job went pretty smooth; there were no real problems and Jon was very accommodating. They finished just before Christmas and we are happy with the work.

After several attempts to contact Jon to set up a time to do the work, I finally gave up, as I received no response. I was very disappointed in his lack of follow-through.

Overall, Jon did a good job. The project took about twice the time anticipated. I felt he was very sensitive to my budget and kept costs low.

Jon was very creative in trying to solve our flooding/leaking problems. He was a little slow getting the estimate to us. I couldn't get him to come out and revise the estimate after we had more water damage.

Jon was extremely professional and easy going. He did a wonderful job repairing the drywall, its very difficult to tell where the repairs start and stop, and with the painting. He made sure to primer all areas work had been completed and took extra care to make sure edging and touch-ups were finished to our standard. Jon laid out a time-line at the beginning of the job and stuck to it. His work area was kept tidy and he cleaned each evening before he left. We are very pleased with the job he did and are planning to use him for additional projects.

JON SEAY IS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND DOES HIGH QUALITY WORK. HIS PRICE, COMPARED TO OTHER ESTIMATES RECEIVED, WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND EVEN DID SEVERAL OTHER MINOR REPAIRS FOR ME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. AS A SINGLE WOMAN WITH LITTLE PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION MATTERS, I FELT LIKE I COULD TRUST JON -- WHICH IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING HIM FOR FUTURE WORK! JOB 2. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO COMPLETE THE WORK, AND HE LEFT THE WORK AREA IN VERY GOOD ORDER AT THE END OF EACH DAY.

JOHN SEAY WAS ON TIME, HIS WORK CAME IN UNDER THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT AND THE QUALITY WAS GREAT. HE GIVES FREE ESTIMATES. THE BALCONY WAS FALLING APART. JON FIXED WHAT HE COULD AND REPLACED WHAT COULDN'T BE FIXED. JON SEAY IS CONSCIENTIOUS, RESPONSIBLE AND FRIENDLY. WE WILL USE EAGLE CONSTRUCTION AGAIN.
