Description of Work: Called them because of good ratings. I had a leak in the water line feeding the toilet in the main bathroom. I had a pan under the cutoff valve to the toilet tank.....couldn't tell where the leak was, valve, tubing or the connection to the tank itself. The repair man opened the valve to full open explaining that the valve would leak if not fully open or fully opened. That stopped the leak and said "no charge" not even for the service. Now that is really something for a plumber.

Description of Work: We had a slab leak. Ended up in a load bearing wall foundation,very thick concrete.2 days to find and repair.Ended up with a young man who was not very thorough.Came to my house with NO tools.Leak was fixed,but he did not pressure test system for a leak,looked at repair for a few minutes and started to replace the concrete.I gave him a bucket to mix the concrete and he used his hands to smooth the concrete,looks like crap.They had turned off the water fixtures ,to test system originally and did not go through to turn back on one was leaking and flooded one of my cabinets.Leak was repaired but I will not be calling them back .
