Absolutely fine.

Originally provided a 5 hour window, and called the day of the appointment indicating they would arrive on 20 min. Arrived on time and repaired leak by replacing the washer seal. He showed me how to do it myself in the future and gave me an extra washer so that I would know what size was needed in the future. Job was very easy, as expected, and didn't cost as much as I believe other plumbers would have charged. I would recommend Dagen to others.

They did a very good job. They sent out very competent plumbers. They were quick and diagnosed a problem. They did good work and educated me. They came right back out and educated me. They were here when they said they'd be here. They were responsive. They were able to tell me exactly why they were doing what they were doing.

Woke up Friday morning before the holiday weekend with no water and a flood at the meter. Called Tuesday after the holiday and they were out on Wednesday to give me an estimate. Arrived on Thursday to do the excavation for the line and the tech came on Friday to install the line. Unfortuneately due to the age of the house the exsisting line and sprinkler system was not up to code so the job became more complicated than was first thought. The tech, Dustin, worked very hard to figure out what the problem was and finally came up with a solution late in the day. Everyone was prompt, hard working and professional. The laborers did an excellent job of putting back all the excavations correctly including replanting some plants that they had to dig up. Even though the job entailed more than expected I was not charged an extra penny. Very refreshing to find honest service company who stands behind their word.

They were wonderful. They did a superb job. Their price was good. They were responsive, punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future.

Dagen Plumbing, www.dagenplumbing.com, installed our Navien 240A gas tank less water heater in our home. After a lot research I picked Navien because of their stainless steel tank construction and because of an integrated "buffer tank" which holds about a quart and a half of water -- we keep this tank warm during peak hours, on a timer, of the morning and night -- brings hot water to the tap quicker then without it. I have been told that additional cost to keep the tank hot is small. Compared to keeping 2 50+ gallon tanks hot, it has to be much more efficient and less costly. Also, you size the unit to the usage in your home. I picked Dagen Plumbing because of the Angie's List ratings -- I received 2 other quotes for the work which were much higher. Dustin gave me the quote after inspecting my home and answering all of my questions and he did the actual installation. He provided me with his email address and phone number -- I had a couple of questions after the installation which he promptly answered via email. There is also a $150 coupon on Dagen Plumbing's website which brought my final cost to $3750.00. Bottom line, I am very happy with Dagen Plumbing's, Dustin, installation of my gas tank less water heater.

Mike inspected all of my plumbing while draining my water heater. He gave me detailed information about the status of my plumbing, and about recommended repairs with prices. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional.

They were referred to us by the home warranty company. They were pretty good. I paid a co-pay of $60 for that work. I really liked one of the plumbers who came out. He was ready to explain everything to me.

They came out and looked at the drain. It only took him a few minutes to use the snake and push the clog out. I had planned on paying $95, which was their special price for drain cleaning for Angie's List customers. But since it took less than an hour, they charged me the lower hour rate, which I wasn't expecting. They said there would be a 30 warranty on the work and to just call if I had more problems. I also wasn't expecting that! Overall a smooth experience.

I scheduled to have them come out 2 days in advance to address my concerns of an odor in my 2nd bath, which is currently being remodeled. They were to arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. At 10:30 I decided to call and see if they were coming or just running late.They said they were running late and would be there in one half hour. I waited another hour and decided to call again. The lady who answered the phone said that the service person went to another call by mistake but it was an emergency. I got mad and explained that I made this appointment 2 days ago and was waiting on them to perform the service, so my contractor could put the toilet back in place and complete the wall repair, being my bathroom and tiolet is exposed to my living room. She proceed to insult me and say they would not come out at all if I am rude then hung up on me. I was not rude I was mad. She could easily have apologized for not calling to inform me they were running late, instead she hung up on me. I called back and talked with someone else and ask for David, the owner who scheduled my original appointment. The lady who hung up on me got on the line and said she is David’s wife they will not come out to my house. I said I will follow up with a complaint on Angie's List and she said it did not matter because she could get them to remove the bad complaint.My advice is: don't waste your time.

We had two drains backing up, so we called Dagen Plumbing off of their "Big Deal" offered on Angie's List. The technician was late, but he was cheerful and courteous. We had two drains we wanted looked at and the first one (powder room bathroom) required alot more work than we had anticipated, but the tech was very detailed in his information and assessing the problems with it (turns out it was installed incorrectly so requires either an entire redo of the sink or the plumbing, which was not a surprise). The second was our main bathroom tub which had been our main issue. Turns out what had been backing it up was pieces of the tub glaze chipping off and the usual, hair clogging the drain. He was able to snake it and even showed us what he pulled out so that we saw the glaze chips and could keep it from happening again. He gave us his recomendations on some issues he saw in our bathroom (i.e. the tub needs to be re-glazed, as it is chipping and was never properly done, the tiles in our shower were incorrectly installed and could cause leakage/mold, which again wasn't a surprise to hear as we had suspected as much). There wasn't alot to clean up, but any mess he made he did clean up. On his way out he gave us additional tips on keeping our drains cleared and money saving tips, i.e. what can stop a kitchen sink disposal from working and how to clear it before calling a plumber... he did say he makes sure to give all his Angie's List customers tips like this, which my husband and I found very helpful and appreciated.

Dagen did everything they could to make everything right. The faucet gave him a lot of trouble so it took him some time to finish but they are definitely worth calling. We will be using them again.

I called and left a message that I wanted to get an appt on January 10th. They didn't call me back. I called back a couple days later and got an appt for that same day for 3 o'clock. The plumber showed up at 5:30 although they did call to say he was going to be late. When he arrived, the toliet did flush and no matter that we told him it had stopped up on and off for weeks, he said he couldn't do anything unless he saw it stop up with his own eyes. Therefore, we just paid the $70 service fee and he left. Within a week, the toliet stopped up to the point of overflowing 1 - 2 inches of water in the bathroom and adjoining rooms which the adjoining rooms had wood flooring. This is why I was so concerned about getting it fixed prior. Anyway, we call Daegen Plumbing back and they sent the same person out again. He said he couldn't fix it that they would have to come back the next day and bring a camera. Sooo, the next day they call and say they have to order a part for their camera and couldn't come for four more days. The four days did include the weekend. By this point, I didn't have trust that they will do what they say or do a good job on what they would end up doing. I don't recommend using this plumber.

Dustin made repairs promptly and efficiently; gave helpful information. Was disappointed with lack of attention to cleanup after job.

I called Dagen Plumbing on a Monday explaining that my toilet wasn't flushing properly, and said I wanted a replacement toilet (low flow) with possibly a drain cleaning. David was very nice on the phone and said if I needed the drain cleaned, he'd give me the $99 special price. He gave me a quote for the toilet over the phone. Jeremy came out on the next Tuesday morning. He called me on his way to pick up the toilet and asked me some important questions (Did I have a round or elongated bowl, how big was the base of the toilet, etc.) that helped get the right toilet for my needs and the space. He found a Kohler at a good price, so I chose that. When Jeremy removed the old toilet, he found roots growing around and inside the pipe. He spent hours removing the roots from the pipe and pulled out a five-foot length of them! The old flange had cracked, so he spent most of the day removing it. He was working from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and he did a beautiful job. I ended up spending $250 for the flange replacement and root removal and $300 for the toilet, removal of the old toilet, and installation of the new one. I think this company provides great service at likely the best price in the metroplex. Kudos to Jeremy!

I used Dagen after seeing the Angie's List Big Deal and reading the reviews of Dagen Plumbing. The gentleman showed up on time the next day. He carefully manuevered the line and was able to clear the drain. He explained the issues involved in a dual master sink where one sink is higher than the other and there is no access to the plumbing. The builder SHOULD have created an access, but didn't. Luckily, the plumber was skilled enough to remove the clog without having to cut a hole in the wall to cut the pipes, which was an initial concern. He asked me if I wanted to see the clog and explained what it was and how to prevent it. ie, run both hot faucets weekly for a couple minutes. I am very pleased with the work performed. He was polite and neat.

Company is very fast and effecient. The master plumber had alot knowlege and explain what he was doing for each drain he was fixing. He fixed 2 bathroom sinks. His fixed the kitchen sprayer. I would recommened this company for any plumbing job.

Arrived exactly on time as promised by office. In one hour had found problem and repaired it.

Did a great job, knew what the problem was when I explained what had happened. He quickly went to work and corrected the problem. Spent a good amount of time making sure the job was correctly done. I was as given a $25 discount for being an" Angie's List member". Tech asked it there was anything else he could do or check on. Tech was very friendly, neat and in uniform.

I called to schedule an appt - and within 20 minutes they were working on the drain...and had it uncloged in 10 minutes. Nice guy. Educated me on waterless hot water heating. Great experience.

They worked quickly and did a nice job. They were honest and didn't try to upsell me or take advantage of me. They even gave me a discount for being a senior citizen. They were so professional and caring. I will definitely call them again.

came out Fri afternoon 10/1 identified problem: indicated they would return on Mon 10/4 and correct. They did as promised and were quite reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and wish all plumbing issues anyone has could be resolved in such a manner.

When I talked to Megan on the phone she apologized that they would not be able to get to my house that day as they were all involved in a big job but could have someone at my house first thing the next morning. The service man arrived at 8:30 as promised. He was very nice, explained everything he was doing and why. He gave me an estimate before he started the repairs. He dug a 3' hole to expose the broken pipe, repaired the pipe and filled the hole back in. He even covered up the hole with plywood because it looked like it might rain and he wanted to be sure the dirt wouldn't get washed out of the hole. The actual charge for this work was below his original estimate. I found that comforting since he could have charged me what he estimated and I would never have known the difference. Very nice to find an honest repair man.

David had to cut into kitchen ceiling to repair leak. He showed up on time and repaired it with care. He was careful with everything and very professional. He had to search for leak and did so with care.
