Description of Work: Tim has begun turning one of my walls-the wall on the other side of the stairwell-into a dry-erase wall. I've been thinking about doing this for a while. I used Artisans about 3 months ago and was so pleased that I decided to use them again. I got a consultation on the price. They are coming back today and finishing the wall. So far, it looks great!!! The time Tim is here is used for the task...isn't on his cell phone I trust them, Jimmy (owner)and Tim, and I feel I got more than my money's worth.

Description of Work: They repaired a couple of fence panels at my sister's house. Thye did a great job. They were on time and the work was completed to her satisfaction.

Description of Work: I had a great experience with Artisan's Home Repair. I had flood damage that required some 3/4" raised paneling be removed and replaced. I also had some sheetrock that needed to be cut out and replaced. Jimmy kept schedule commitments and communicated very well. Sean and his team did a great job on the install. They cleaned up well and took care of my home. I was very satisfied with the end result as well as the process. I would use them again and recommend them.

Description of Work: I took advantage of a Big Deal for gutter cleaning at $99. Great service. They were on time and did a great job. I would hire for other projects.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal this company was offering without realizing they did not service my area. The very next day after I'd purchased the deal, the company emailed me directly to apologize and say they did not currently service my area but would let me know if they did in the future. (With a nice explanation of why they couldn't service my area at this time.) I am very impressed that they took that proactive approach and emailed me to let me know of my mistake, especially so quickly! They easily could have waited for me to call to schedule my appointment and explained it then, but they obviously wanted to save me that time and trouble or allow me to pursue my refund from AL more quickly. I was also impressed with the tone of their email, which was polite and personable. I wish more companies had that level of customer service!

Description of Work: Did not use because State Farm supplied their own company for water damage repair in bath. this company however responded immediately to my phone call and were very professional in conversation. I WOULD USE THEM AT ANOTHER TIME IF NECESSARY.
