From my initial interaction with James, to working with Ronnie, the entire experience was very professional. Ronnie completed the repairs in a timely, professional manner. I would hire them again for future repair work.

Outstanding!! Ronnie cut cedar panels to fit between two roofs with different slopes (4 different angles per panel), using levels for vertical alignment. Fit was better than original construction. Painted. Delighted to find a carpenter who knows how to do this, thank you!

I had to make an emergency phone call to James @ AHR, asking to be rescued. The installer wouldn't install this morning due to various issues with my connections. After some maneuvering, James was able to get Ronnie, who's come to the house many times, out this afternoon and get my new refrigerator and oven hooked up! If I could, I'd give Artisans Home Repair an XF rating for Xtra Fabulous!!!

Ronnie showed up at 9AM on the dot, handed me a business card, covered his shoes, and got to work. He took down my microwave, fixed some shoddy work that was done by the previous homeowner, and did so in a timely manner, especially given the challenges involved. I would hire Artisans again and recommend them.

This contractor is not alllwed to do plumbing work by the state, but he did refer me to a plumber. He was very gracious and called me in a timely manner. I would recommend him and I will call him if I need other services.

At first I thought that maybe Artisans was a little pricey, but once Ronnie Tracht came in and worked his magic, I was proven wrong. The old saying that you get what you pay for is absolutely appropriate in my case. Ronnie is definitely an old school craftsman and takes great pride in the work he does. He wanted to make sure I was happy at every stage of the project. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough. I couldn't be happier.

I have not used them for any repairs. I mean he was nice and courteous. He was on time. Kind of walked through the house and showed him everything I wanted upgraded.

Ronnie is creative, a craftsman & very professional. He offered suggestions that improved the look of the room at an affordable price.

Our work was performed by Ronnie Tracht, and his work was exemplary. He was punctual, hardworking, creative, thoughtful about his construction material choices and processes, very courteous, and kept us in the loop on progress and snags (ours is an older home that had a few "unknowns," which Ronnie showed us and explained the ramifications of immediately). He came up with some solutions we would not have thought of. As a result of his stellar performance, we added more work to our list than we originally intended, and are planning to have Ronnie do more projects for us. Artisan's has a gem in Ronnie Tracht.

I would not recommend them to a friend. They basically did not do the job. They just gave me a paper with things that needed to be repaired without the price. They charged me an extra amount and did a really poor job. I felt like I was held hostage because they did a walk through with my tenant. I wanted an expert.

This offer is better suited for a home. My residence is a condo. The roof is tile and the company is not able to access tile roofs. My hot water heater was not easily accessible, nor was my dryer vent since the washer/dryer is located in a cabinet and a lot would have to be removed to get to it. If you have a single-family home, this would be a good deal.
