Description of Work: The technician that came over was so nice and patient with my needs. I had no idea what was going on or why it was going so slow. The technician found a virus and was able to remove it while explaining everything to me. I am very satisfied with the service 360IT provided.

Description of Work: We had one of the managers meet us to give us a bid for monthly service after using this company for quite a bit of work. The manager was late and didn't seem to know much about what glad been done or what we needed. He was supposed to get back to us with his bid...we never heard back so we went with a different provider.

Description of Work: Had a desk top computer not performing correctly. Didnt want to drag all into have it checked so arranged a house call. They were able to get me on the schedule promptly and were on time when they said would be here. Had a laptop I also wanted checked and all my connections with my wi fi and a new printer. The guy was very good and got everything taken care of. We had used this company before . Took computer into to their store front for a repair. They have always been fast and good and reasonably priced. For the home visit I can't. Remember the exact price. 100 or maybe 200. We thought it was reasonable for what they did and they fixed all the problems so we were completely satisfied. It was a couple years ago don't remember the exact date.

Description of Work: I have problems in my house with wifi signal. I spoke to the receptionist that I thought I needed WAPs installed. She said yes they did them and it would be about $40 per device. The gentelman came out in the time window that he was scheduled. I showed him where I need wifi signal strength. He stated that we would have to have an electrician out to install them. The Rate for the service all was $100/hour (or maybe 90/hour) for the first hour and then partial hourly rates depending on time. He was there for 10 minutes. I didn't have any other problems I needed him to deal with. I thought of afterwards that it would be nice to have where he thought I need the waps installed and what equipment he recommended. I call the company and spoke with him, and asked if he would write me an email with that data. He said he would, but I never received it. I definitely thought that they could handle the call talking to the phone phone person but it was a total bust and waste of my money.

 + -1 moreI have used them quite frequently over the last few years. I think they are a lot better than other companies. The technicians they employ are superior in terms of their knowledge in PCs and I think they are more attentive.
Description of Work: I had some computer issues, so they rearranged some files, examined, and made recommendation on internet service provider. They helped me with the change of providers.

We needed to know whether other parts of the motherboard were similarly damaged, because the computer continued to work but with some strange, occasional problems. We dropped of the machine and found out within 24 hours that indeed, the motherboard had been irreparably damaged.

I tried to haggle the price, offering to bring my computer in to them. They refused to negotiate. They did not seem to care for my business, even when I explained that other companies we less than half.

 + -1 morePrompt response to call. Service man, Matthew, was very knowledgeable. Took CPU to office and office technicians did restoration and installation of new hard drive. Matthew returned in three days and completed restoration of hard drive.
Description of Work: 2 house calls; restore data from a bad hard drive to new hard drive, replace hard drive, install additional data on new hard drive.

 + -1 moreI've also taken my computer in to them, for which they charge half of the house call. Very convenient, very professional! They drive a little VW and come in to fix our computer problems! To come out, there is a base price of $75 to come out for an hour.
