Dolly and her team did a FANTASTIC job cleaning out our house before we moved! They completely overwhelmed us with their service and professionalism. The house looked like new when they were done! They went above and beyond what we had asked them to do. Exceptional work and great customer service. I highly recommend this company! We were thrilled with the job they performed!

This incredible team was 1st hired to deep clean our new home. They did such a great job I hired to clean our old home. It was required but it is an older couple and I wanted them to not have to worry about cleaning prior to moving in. As usual, this team went beyond the call of duty, knowing why I hired them, they cleaned areas I forgot to mention about cleaning. We had done a lot of work to get the house to sell so that it is more up to date. They cleaned well and carefully, making sure not to scuff or dent anything. Can't wait to finish unpacking at the new home so they can clean it regularly going forward. 200% satisfied!

Staff was very polite and professional. They were early and prompt. They did great work on the blinds, kitchen, and bathrooms.

Crew arrived on time and got directly to work. Specifically asked for AC/Heating vents to be cleaned which was done well. Suggest if you have specific expectations make those known before the work begins... don't assume the crew will hit all your details.

I am using U Have It Maid for more than ten years and the girls do an excellent job every time. They are very professional, always on time and work so hard and fast. Dolly and the girls make a difference in my busy life. Our last experience was when I ask Dolly to clean our Rent House, it was terrific how bad the renters left our town house. I can not describe our surprise how deep the girls cleaned the town house. Now it looks like new, the girls spend a lot of energy and time to clean absolutely everything. From top to bottom, The light fixture, the ceiling fans, the blinds, the doors, doors frame, baseboard, shelves, inside the cabinets, floors, the bathrooms and kitchen were insane how bad the renters left our house, but Dolly and the girls worked so hard that everything looks like new. I am overwhelmed by how through the ladies were in doing their jobs. Everything was wiped down and sanitized, including the garage. They cleaned so great inside the Owen that I don't need to by a new one. EXCELENT JOB, and Thank you so much for making my life easier.

There are many house cleaning businesses out there and this was THE one that caught my eyes because all reviews were A rating but some reviews were from customers who have been clients for 3-5 years. Am so glad I went with this company, Dolly is very thorough during the review and estimate, she pointed out things asking if I wanted those cleaned, and it never crossed my mind to think of that. This was a massive job, deep cleaning of a new house that needed it bad, especially the windows! We knew when we purchased this house, there would be quite a bit of work to upgrade but Dolly sent 2 incredible ladies who could clean like nobody's business. They even cleaned the air vents AND removed the 1990's Shelf liners that I never asked them to remove but had been dreading about having to remove them myself all day. i have pretty much made arrangements with Dolly to have her awesome team clean my home going forward monthly going forward. They cleaned every freaking inch! I am now very excited about moving into this home, the whole house lit up when I came back to inspect and I felt like I lost 20 lbs off my shoulders! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

It went really well. The owner knew that I had a broken foot, so she sent a crew of one. It took her longer than a typical crew would I'm sure, but they definitely accommodated my needs because of this. Immediately she cleaned my master bedroom and bathroom so that I could go back in there and sit with my foot up while she cleaned the rest of the house. I was shocked at how beautifully she left the glass shower walls. I don't think they have ever been that clean! (What with all the soap scum and hard water we have.) Then she moved onto the rest of the house. She asked me if I had a few things and she was very happy to get them so that I didn't have to get up to help her find whatever she was looking for. Overall, this was a great experience (my ceiling fans are now clean!) and I look forward to having U Have It Maid back out to my house again!

The owner's name is Dolly - she came over and looked at my house and gave me the prices, which were very reasonable. She explained that the first time would be more expensive due to needing a deep cleaning. After that, they would come every other week for $60 for the downstairs, and $95 for both upstairs and downstairs once a month. This service was fabulous! They cleaned everything in my house - from the floors to the ceiling fans! It was so nice to come home to a clean home. They are well worth the price and I am so happy that my neighbor referred them to me. They even organized the entertainment center in my bedroom! Pictures that I believed were lost were found. I can't even begin to express how pleased I am with the service. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them very highly. The first time price is higher because it was a deep cleaning- $180.

I was referred to U Have It Maid LLC by a friend of mine who has been their client for three years now. I contacted Dolly, the owner, who came in person to give me an estimate at first. She is very friendly and professional. Right off the bat, I got a great impression from her. The crew that comes to my house is always on time and does a very thorough job. On occasion, my husband and I work from home and the ladies are very respectful and considerate of our space. I also have a small dog inside the house and they always make sure he doesn't escape. Overall, I am very pleased with their work and happy to come home to sparkling house! I'd highly recommend them!

This group of employees were professional, thorough and timely. After calling 3 different maid services suggested by Angie's List, two of which did not have voice mail, one called back, set an appointment then never showed up. I found these ladies through advertising on their work vehicles. Four employees came for the initial "deep cleaning", one of them being the owner, Dolly. After 3 hours they were finished and my house was the cleanest I have seen it in years. Looking forward to their next scheduled appointment.
