Dolly came for an initial walk through and gave a price quote. Her crew was available earlier in the week than expected - which was a good thing! They came and knocked out the detailed cleaning and left things super clean! Communication was excellent all through the process; we were never left wondering about anything. Professional Service!

U Have It Maid is the most professional cleaning service I've ever hired. I'm moving out of Houston this month, I wish I could take them to my new city. The team is professional, gets the job done quickly, and the owner follows up after every cleaning to check everything went alright. They also keep a tight calendar and remind me whenever a couple of weeks have passed in case I need another cleaning.

The owner is Dolly. They have been taken care of it for a few months now. They do every other Thursday. They do a good job. Price is one of the reasons i went with them and then they do a really good job. I have no problems with them at all. I trust them with a key to my apartment and have had no problems. Dolly is very pleasant to deal with and she will call me the day before to remind me they are coming. There have been a few times i have not been able to find something and the ladies tell me where they left it. Communication is good and no problems with them.

Of all the cleaning people I have hired over the past 20 years, this was the first time I paid for four hours that was really 2 people for two hours, then I had to buy more time from them. I will go back to hiring those who give you the flat fee in advance, no matter how many people it takes. I paid more for just the downstairs than I have for the entire house.

This past time you could tell they even moved the couch and furniture to vacuum underneath! I never had any other maid service ever do that. The time before thy even found my husband's car keys that costs $300 to replace! Punctual and gets the job done right AND fast! HONEST AND VERY HARD WORKING! Love the team who clean my house!

The ladies arrived on time and went right to work. They were thorough and the house sparkled when they were done. They did require more than the 4 hours I paid for, so I did pay for 2 additional hours. The combined costs were still reasonable and I felt like I got my money's worth.

Outstanding! Great communication, on time, and very personable. WOW these ladies don't mess around, they cleaned my house till it sparkled. We are using U Have It Maid for a while and they work so hard and fast, but with respect for all the fragile things in my home, They are good on details. I am impressed as the first time. I requested as an additional services to clean inside the refrigerator and owen and now it looks like new. They cleaned all my windows and did a GREAT job. Awesome!!! They even found my husband's car key fob that cost $450 to replace!! (Towing costs included) Very accommodating on date and time but these ladies are awesome so book ASAP because I can't imagine they would have openings for long!

The team arrived right on time, analyzed the scope of work and immediately set to making it sparkle. They were polite, professional, responsible and thorough. I liked them and their work very much and have asked them to come regularly to care for my home.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. It was excellent. I've had them out a couple of times but this was the first time I used them. There was no additional charge. I tipped them, though, because they deserved it. They were very good. Three people came out to complete the service. It took them a couple of hours to complete the job. Everything I asked them to do, they did well.
