Alpha Omega Plumbing Repair were great.

It went very well. I was just happy with the service. They had to try to open up the drain, they tried to bring a ladder out, the original guy that came out did not have a ladder and he called for someone to come out with a ladder to go on the roof to try to open up the drain high from the roof, I don't know the names but that's what it was, they had to go up the roof and they tried to do it that way. They couldn't get it open with that so they had to bring in a bigger machine, they did not charge me on going up on the roof, normally they would but since they didn't correct the problem by doing that, they didn't charge me. The price is fair.

In order to reach the leaking water heater in the attic, the guys had to climb over one air conditioner which blocks the walkway. Then they had to cross the entire attic on a double beam, stepping over several large ducts in the path. Once over there, they had to drain and then carry out the old unit before bringing in the new one. The old one started to tip as soon as the vent stack was removed, almost falling through the ceiling and taking one of the plumbers with it. One leg was completely rotted. They replaced every single component with the new unit, down to a new pan, gas valve and copper piping. They totally cleaned up everything when finished. We were completely satisfied with that and also the new kitchen faucet. HIGHLY recommend this company and their employees.

If I use them again, will be sure to ask for person who is experienced. The repairman did not seem to have much experience and ill prepared for job to be done. The leaking toilet was not repaired and he did not seem to have any idea how to repair.

They responded very quickly. Quoted a price way below other estimate. Came in and installed water heater with no problems. Quick and easy and at a way better price. Price was well below another plumber's estimate that was highly recommended from air-condition service company. I have used this company many times and have never been disappointed.

Great company! They showed up on the day I called them, even though they said they were short a couple plumbers that day.. They removed old water heater , mopped up all the water that had been leaking & installed new one. They were polite, punctual & reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

They were able to come out the same day I called, were very courteous and concerned, arrived within the promised timeframe and did the repair quickly at a very reasonable price. What a relief!

Came on time as expected; inspected meter and toilets for leaks. Changed out a flapper on a toilet. Good experience and explained all work that was done.

Matt was very professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Actually saved me money. I was prepared to replace entire unit. which would included wall cutout.. Will certainly call Alpha-Omega for future plumbing needs and will refer others to company.

The company was very attentive to my schedule and were able to correct the problem in a timely manner. My neighbors pine tree roots had evaded into the sewer line to the street. The drainage from my plumbing was very slow and it was detemined that we had roots in the piping. After reviewing this with a camera the location was found the company scheduled thier crew to repair the problem. Since this was outside of my home the work was completed while I was not present. The only small negative comment would be that I did receive a call that the work was complete and since I was not home and the exposed opening in the ground was covered then I assumed it was complete.

Really impressed. I called and they came to my rescue right away. Nice, polite ,and very professional service. I had a bad clog in the wall from my bathroom sink which the air conditioner drains into. Wayne got after it and now it drains the best it ever has. He fully explained what caused it. I appreciate that courtesy so much! What a delightful group of people, they communicated with me as to when he would arrive and sure enough he was at my door! Now I have a good plumber I can call when I need one and know that I will be well taken care of! Their price was an excellent value.

Had a supply line on hot water heater blow, causing a water leak through 2nd floor. Called Alpha Omega, Wayne came and traced leak to hot water heater. Replaced both lines. Had to return at later date to drain and replace pan underneath which also had a small hole, had allowing water to leak through and damage underneath. Replaced other supply lines at my request on 2nd heater to ward off potential problem. I had a problem with what I felt was an overcharge. Called company, and long story short, the lady who took the call couldn't had been nicer. Rectified discrepancy to my satisfaction, without a hassle at all. Technician had a very professional manner, fixed problem fast; would absolutely use and recommend this company again.

The service team was helpful friendly and professional. I could not tell that they had been there after they finished except for the improvements they made. Everything worked correctly, and they finished in a timely fashion.

Although I found them in my Angies list print circular- Houston South and West edition- when I called them they said they did not do service in my area!

RE: Water Leak: Orig appointment (4.18.03) was a no show until I called and asked if they were coming. Was told it rained and everybody sent home and could not come the next day because of rain, did not rain much in Porter. I asked to talk to manager, did get someone to come the next morning. Did come and did partial work but had to order parts. Was asked for payment of $125 and had no invoice. I did pay. Was under the impression parts had been ordered when they had not, this went on for about 5 days. Returned 4.23.13 with part, repaired, was again asked to pay $140 with no invoice. After much back & forth did get copy of Work Orders for both visits and was told to call office for invoices - which I did. Had to ask for warranty info.

This company does a really good job. They show up on time and call you when they are on their way or running a little late. In October I also used them to clear out a clog in my main drain line. I was at work and had a meeting that day. They kept me update to date when they would be at house so I would have enough time to leave downtown Houston to meet them. They took the stress out of worrying if I would make it home in time to meet the repair man. Their prices are very reasonable too.

Technician arrived on time and provided an estimate to replace the valve with a standard gas valve similar to a stove or dryer shutoff valve. Refused to install typical in-wall decorative fireplace valve. It was apparent that they didn't want to do the work. Selected a different plumber from Angie's list and had great results. The job was performed as requested at half the Alpha Omega estimate in one third of the time.

Install was uneventful.Have used this company for several plumbing services, including major outdoor drain clean out, new toilet install and dishwasher install. Knowledgeable professional and reasonably priced.

Called on a Friday and Alpha Omega sent some one out right away to clear clogged sink, tub and shower drain line. All three drains are connected to the same main drain line and each time we used water anywhere on that side of the house the sink would fill and tub would back up. Randall did his best to clear line Friday evening but after the sun set he could not see as well in attic and did not have a line long enough in his truck to completely clear the blockage. He diagnosed the root issue as the A/C condensation drain line was clogged with mineral deposits etc and the lines were tied together as they exited the house. Randall shut off the A/C on that side of the house (we have two units) as a temporary solution because, we opted to limp along until Monday for a follow up service call in lieu of paying a weekend rate. On Monday the owner came out with a second tech, and a longer line, to be sure the work went smoothly. Work was done professionally, honestly and price was fair. We were happy and I have called them a second time Feb 2013 to diagnose a potential hot water heater problem.

There was some mis-communication regarding whether their two-hour window was a time in which they would arrive or a time in which they would call me to then arrive. I went ahead and came home from work only to find out that I had misunderstood them and that they intended to call. I did not grade punctuality for a few reasons: (1) They actually called me to tell me they were running a bit late toward the end of the two-hour period; (2) They seemed genuinely apologetic that I had been waiting as long as I had, not that scripted feigned apology voice we are all so used to nowadays, but genuine apologies; (3) THEY CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE RUNNING LATE (who does that anymore?). So I am going to give them a pass because we all make mistakes and I should have made sure I understood before I acted. Matt arrived, I was on the phone trying to get someone off the phone so I could deal with him at the door, and was very patient as I got this caller off the phone. That was a very good first impression. He walked in and I led him to the bathrooms and he told me it would be no problem and he could fix the leaky shower faucet by replacing the cartridge and that he could fix it without replacing the whole thing. When venturing into new business, as a new home owner, I am looking for integrity in dealing with customers. He could have told me the whole thing needed to be replaced and I would have never known any better. Instead, he fixed it as inexpensively as possible. Integrity matters folks and I am already planning to have this company come out again to do some other work. If I know I am working with someone with integrity then the price they fix is the price I pay because I know they are a straight shooter. Matt did such a good job on the planned job that I had him replace a cartridge in another shower. Both cartridges took an hour and he was gone. Matt was personable and well-mannered. I emphatically endorse this company to anyone looking for a new plumber.

He didn't charge me the full fee. He didn't want to charge me but he spent 2 1/2 hours. He was only going to charge me $85 but I paid him more. He was the owner and his name was Doug. We had to go back to our builder. He was very nice and came at night. I appreciated him and would call him again.

I called Alpha Omega on Jan 29th because I had a gas odor in my kitchen coming from my gas cook top on my island. The service tech came on the 30th and found a leak outside of kitchen wall where builder used steel pipe and line had rusted out and gas was leaking back into home through downdraft vent. Tech said they would have to dig down under foundation and 8ft under slab to run new gas line. Estimate was $ 1875.00. Some landscaping was going to have to be removed first and tech told me if I did that I could save a little money and owner would have to tell me how much I would save. I called the office two times that day and told office person I needed to talk to owner about the estimate and owner never called me back. I called again on the morning of the 31st and she said owner was not there and he was to busy to return my calls. I told her that for a $1875 job I would think he would make time to return my call. I called another plumber and he came out the same day and is finishing up the same exact job Feb 1st and he got the $ 1800. I would not use Alpha Omega for anything with their lousy customer service attitude.

My tenants called to say the sewer was backing up into the yard. I have American Home Shield on the property so we called them. They sent out another company who proceeded to tell us it wouldn't be covered by American Home Shield and charged us the $60.00 fee anyway. They did an inspection and gave me an estimate for the work that was ridiculous! I called another company for an estimate, then remembered Angie's list. After coming on here, I decided I wanted Alpha Omega to do the work. I called them and they responded quickly, even though they are very busy. They did a thorough inspection, gave me a reasonable estimate. Before they started the work, they called two more times to tell me each time that the estimate would be higher because of various things. When they finally did the work, it ended up being at the upper end of the first estimate....but not as high as the 2nd and third estimate, so I was pleased. They are honest, professional and have good customer service people in the office too.
