Bob Winston was very helpful in the overall selection of carpet. His Team was very professional in doing the installation. They do quality work, and can be trusted.We are considering doing more with Winston. They do much more than floors, and they have excellent people who specialize in each area.

Bob came to our house with samples and talked us through the options. The process was very easy. They showed up when scheduled and communicated well. The installers were professional and are long-term employees. I know we could have found a cheaper floor somewhere else but we were very happy with the quality and workmanship.

Working with Bob was great, he helped educate me on flooring options and made recommendations to match my house, furniture & lifestyle. Two separate crews for the wood vs carpet flooring installs, but all were professional, on time, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They did what they said they were going to do. I think he could have been a bit more helpful. One of the reasons I chose them was because they had good reviews. I would use them again, but would be more concerned with the pricing.

Bob Winston personally gave us the estimate. He was professional and helpful to us in choosing the right carpet. The installers were on time and were careful moving all the furniture in three bedrooms. They did their best to put everything back as it had been placed in the rooms. They also did a good job moving the many boxes of Christmas decorations in the large closet. The staircase looks great. How often can you say that people show up and do everything they promised on time? Winston Floors can do it.

Winston Floors had done a good job on some previous tile installation for us, so we called them back to install a tile shower and tile floor in our bathroom. Bob came to our house to inspect the job and emailed us an estimate a few days later. We then visited his office to pick out the tile. Bob spent a good deal of time helping us pick out the tile we wanted. The installation took about 7 days. The crew did a great job. They were very good about answering my questions and explaining what they were doing. We love our new shower and floors.

Bob did a great job in helping us choose what flooring would look the best in our home, where to put it, and how it should be installed to achieve the best final appearance and liveability. We ended up with something completely different than we thought we would have, and it's not what we originally had in mind, but it was the perfect choice! The quality is very high, and the workmanship during the installation was professional, and done with as little disruption as possible, even though the job is by no means non-disruptive. Working with the installation crew, through the final outcome was a positive experience.

His personal touch stood out the most to me. He spent time with me and was thorough. I was happy with the work. He knew what I wanted. The man was very kind and very caring about my happiness with the floors. I sent him to my son's place to do the complete carpeting work. The price was very fair.

I have used Winston Floors in the past for carpet repair and was very pleased with their work. I spoke with Kim about the repair I needed and was able to schedule something early the following week. Angel arrived as scheduled and repaired the carpet where it had frayed/come loose at the transition to our bathroom tile floor. He and another worker were there approximately 30 minutes. It looks great and I was pleased with the repair. I didn't get an invoice that day, but later received one in the mail. $100 seemed a little high for the work performed, but I would still use them again. Angel does great repairs and Kim has always been helpful and friendly on the phone.

Winston Floors was recommeded to me by several friends. Bob came to our house and showed us several samples and helped us pick out the tile and carpet that would look best in our house. He sent me an estimate a couple days later. Compared to my other estimate, Bob had the both the better price and the better product. It took two and half days to get the old tile removed and the new installed. I am very pleased with the work and expect to use them again when I replace the rest of my floors.

Very professional! We had guests coming in and Kim and Bob worked with our tight schedule. Winston is a family owned operation and performed the work well. Samples were brought to our home, the rooms measured, the carpet inventory checked and a quote produced within a single visit. I would highly recommend Winston Floors.

The highest praise for the entire Project experience. Bob was puntualo and professional on the walk through and estimate. He and his subcontractor arrived at my house at 8AM sharp 2 days later. The repair work was highly skilled and the results were perfect. The tech was also very helpfull on pointers and assisting on some of my other house hold projects I was working on. He even let my dogs in and out as needed. I was very satisfied!

Excellent repair job! Set up a meeting for a quote to repair my floor. Bob met me at the scheduled time. Gave me a fair quote. Later that day we scheduled the repair. Repair crew arrived on the scheduled time. Crew took the time to explain how they would make the repair. They did an excellent job. I could not be happier with the service.

They came when they said they would and did a great job with the installation. They did exactly what they said they would do and we got just what we ordered. Bob and Kim are really great people and seem to work hard to please. They were prompt to answer phone calls and questions.

Had them out to quote on Hardwood flooring. We had several companies from Angies list give us a price with installation and Winston was $3000.00 higher then our best quote. I did not type that wrong...$3000.00 higher, for the exact same floor. It's too bad, Bob was a nice guy and we would have liked to do business with him but he was not in the ball park with his prices.

The estimate was for about $11,000. It was too high. It was $4000 above the other two estimates that I got. The person who came out was very professional and very prepared. He really gave me a lot of time and energy.

I was very pleased with the service. The owners were frank and honest, and I would use them in the future.

The quality of the carpet is not as good as they claimed. The installation was OK, but I feel that I was cheated with the quality of the carpet.

I was not even at home; my daughter let them in and then she left. They fixed bedrooms and office the first day and returned the next day to complete the living room and hallway. Carpet looks perfect, and they vacuumed and cleaned up every trace that might have remained. Bob and Kim are knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions; I felt very comfortable the whole time.
