They did a fantastic job. I was really pleased. I am currently in the process of using them to install countertops and backsplash in my kitchen as well.

They were very detailed in what they were going to do and did just that. Bob was very easy to work with. They were higher than another company but so glad I went with them as I knew everything would go smoothly. Would rather have the quality of work. I would definitely use them again.

Bob and Kim were very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Josh is a real craftsman, and he worked tirelessly! He had to smooth out our uneven floors which must have been a time consuming, difficult job, but he never complained. Our new floors are perfect!

Bob helped me convert a boring junk room/bedroom into an art room. He helped me figure out the perfect tile to replace the carpet. It flows with the rest of the house, and makes the room look artsy. He also convinced me that a light fixture I picked for the room, was perfect. Josh did an outstanding job laying the tile in that room, and the adjoining bathroom. The floor was uneven in every way, and Josh stayed focused, and got it totally even.

We look forward to using them again for more projects.

Both times, punctual, professional, quality of the product was excellent, jobs were done on time, team showed up on time and both times Mr. Winston took the time to explain the quality of the carpet samples I was considering, the care and maintenance, and educated me as to how the job was to be done. Many times you will have work that needs to be done and the crew may or may not show up, this was never the case with Winston Floors. I would use them again and again and would recommend to anyone considering replacing their flooring.

They did a horrible job. They did not fulfill what they promised. It was not installed properly. Staining was not done correctly as well. Baseboards were horrible too. Terrible customer service.

We were able to get an appointment shortly after the initial contact, and Bob Winston came out himself and helped us pick carpet and provided an estimate. We were able to schedule installation shortly after the carpet and tile came in. It was obvious that our project and we as customers were important to him. They did the carpet first, and we were impressed with their professionalism and skill. They respected our home and furnishings, and I felt confident enough in their professionalism to have them install the floor tile while we were out of state on vacation. We had never done this before. Bob Winston took care of everything, including coordinating with a plumber to have the toilets removed, reset, etc. We returned home to find the tile job done beautifully. We couldn't tell that they had been here except for the neat and clean new tile and carpet. We have never had such a good experience with workmen in our home. I recommend Winston Floors without reservation and will use them again in the future.

Bob and Kim are so personable, caring and professional! They were willing to do the repair where most of companies would only do full replacement. In addition their price was well below the other estimates we received. The floors turned out like we spent $20,000 on new floors, we have do many compliments that our floor looks like a model home now. Bob matched our ebony stain perfectly! I mostly appreciate how caring and knowledgable the Winstons were.

We elected to go with a different company that had a lot of experience with sand onsite pre-engineered floors, which is the type of floor we decided to get. This was simply a matter of personal preference.

The job went great. Bob was very knowledgeable, and clearly knew his trade very well. I initially hired another contractor because they could start the job sooner. The salesperson for the first contractor came and inspected the residence and said it would be no problem. However, on the appointed day the crew showed up, spent about 10 minutes looking at the place, and decided they "couldn't do it." Not only that, but they left without telling me they were walking off the job or providing any kind of explanation. Winston Floors scheduled me in a few days later, came in and did the job in a professional manner at a reasonable rate, and the end result looks great!

I spoke with Kim Winston the week of July 3, and scheduled an appointment for Bob Winston to come to our home on July 9 to take measurements from which to prepare a quote on a countertop and flooring project that was expected to be in the neighborhood of $25K. The day before, I emailed Mr. Winston detailed specifications for what we wanted. He showed up late for the appointment and spent 2 hours taking measurements and offering unsolicited advice and criticism on just about everything my wife and I had spent considerable time discussing and planning. It seemed obvious that he hadn't even looked at our specifications. He then invited us to meet with him a week later, at which we expected to receive a quote for the countertops and discuss options for the flooring project. A week before the meeting, I sent him an updated specification document incorporating some of his suggestions and asked him to confirm receipt of the email. I heard nothing from him until the night before the meeting when he told me he didn't have any numbers on the countertop project because he was "... very busy with several late night appointments." I was stunned by this statement. I can't believe someone would actually say this to a prospective customer. We invested considerable time and effort with Mr. Winston, and to be told that he was too busy to prepare a proposal was the consummate insult. He had over a week! I then advised Mr. Winston that he obviously had more business than he could manage, and we would find someone else with sufficient interest and resources to help us with our project.

I had all my furniture moved into my garage and left town for a work conference. When I returned I had a home with beautiful new floors!

OK. However, it didn't last long.
