Texas Top Movers have moved my family to our new house. They are cautious and very polite. They worked so hard to pack all my boxes and move them safely and securely. They packed everything in plastic wrapping to make it more safe thanks team.

I use your storage service very often. I just moved here recently and took their movers services for support. To move the glass things I tell them to be careful because the things were expensive I was so worried about all my stuff but they did it amazingly, thanks to the company for safely moving my stuff.

Moved out of state. Very stressful experience. Mislead us on the delivery date and kept moving it out knowing we were paying to stay in a hotel. Blamed it on another customer that was not ready for the delivery. Very hard to reach the owner. At the end, they did have our things delivered and the crew was very nice and accommodating. Had it not been for the unknown delivery date for a 2-week span and the poor customer service during the wait period, I would not have given this rating.

We had a difficult move involving crossing state lines and with multiple destinations. They were respectful, professional and make the whole process enjoyable. I would use their services again and recommend them.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. They moved my things in no time - and wrapped up anything that could have possibly been scratched or broken. The whole pack/unpack took 9 hrs. It would have taken us days. I would recommend them to anyone.

They knew I was nervous and they put my nerves at ease within minutes of meeting. They went above and beyond to ensure that I knew that my things were in great hands. It's a no-brainer.

1) They are in Dallas. I lived in Houston. Therefore, no at-home estimate before the move. 2) The movers/packers did a relatively high-quality job. Some items were damaged when they arrived, but that could have happened at any time in the process. My complaint is there was a language barrier AND they did not revise the estimate until after they loaded the truck. 3) They only reimburse damaged items at $0.60 per pound, unless you buy more for insurance. Therefore, if they break a TV or glass item, you will get very little back. 4) Their company was generally responsive and helpful before, during, and after the move. They did their best to ensure all went smoothly. Again, my main issue was the incorrect estimate and the extra cost I paid. 5) This was my first time using a mover who packed everything for me. I acknowledge my faults with this process. 6) Overall, the people are friendly and courteous and cared about my move. That was a BIG plus to this company. 7) I do not think the cost was too different (more or less) than the other estimates I received. I went with this company because I liked the moving consultant. 8) My move was a long-distance move out of state.
