I had a wonderful experience! They came right on time and were able to give me a status update when they would meet me at the new location. They wrapped and moved everything without a problem! No complaints!

The move was finished in only an hour and a half, and they even called the management when they asked for a price higher than what I was quoted and argued for the lower price, which was incredibly reasonable. Excellent customer service.

They were very fast and professional. They handled my stuff very carefully during the entire move. Excellent customer service - before and during the move! Price was very reasonable.

I do not know any of these people who left reviews for this moving company and I would question if they are authentic. This company from the first day they stepped foot into our home never followed through on anything they said. We were told we bought a 52 semi space for our move from Texas. On Saturday a crew of movers arrived (2 hours late) with a 26 truck. We were told the truck they arrived in was only to transport their crew. The 52 semi was arriving later it was making a drop-off). As the day moved on Saturday, we were then told that the 52 truck was not coming at all. It had broken down that morning. (we were originally told it was making a drop-off). It was supposed to rain on Saturday, now a large part of our belongings was out on our driveway. The mover said they would load the 26 trucks (the one their crew came in) with our belongings on the driveway. Take it to the warehouse and when the 52 truck was fixed in the morning (on Sunday) they would be at our home bright and early to load the rest of our belongings and the 52 semis would take off Sunday afternoon to our moving destination. Sunday morning came and went, we called many times (the managing mover) and the company. No one answered the phone. Finally, someone called back and said they would be out by 11:30-12:00 p.m. They arrived with the same truck they had on Saturday. There was half the number of movers. None of the moving crew knew anything about the 52 truck that was supposed to be at our home. Sunday evening Texas TOP Movers 26 truck drove off our property with our antique brass bed tied to the back of it. We were told on Monday we would be receiving our belongings on Tuesday (Wednesday morning the latest). Today (Tuesday), we were called by the driver of the Texas Top Moving Company truck that he was in New Mexico picking up another load (WAIT, did not we pay for the entire truck to be delivered to our home on Tuesday?) The driver was very nice but was confused about the timeline. We called Texas Top Movers (and guess what??) they did not answer our phone call. We then called using *67 and our number and they picked up the phone. We were upset (understandably), Texas Top Movers said they did not know who we were and why we were calling them. My husband got really upset and said we just paid you $$$$$ and you do not know who we are? Texas Top Movers hung up on my husband. Needless to say, now they have all of our belonging and $$$$$ of our money. They do not know who we are and we are not receiving our belongings or at least when we were supposed to receive them. In the meantime, I started making phone called the US Department of Transportation and they will take complaints and investigate, and tomorrow we are calling law enforcement. We immediately canceled from our bank the last payment we made to Texas Top Movers. My husband called them back to let them know. NOW, they remembered who we were. They told us, unless we paid the entire amount we would never see our belongings again. (HOLDING OUR BELONGINGS HOSTAGE). So, as of this writing Texas Top Movers never called us back again (after telling us they would ) they were going to find out what was going on with the driver and get back to us and my husband said he only wanted a date (something they could finally stick too) when we will be receiving our belongings. PLEASE, PLEASE research these moving companies. I know many may have great ratings (ratings can be bought), but I cannot believe a company that has so many great ratings, can be so terrible. I gave them .5 because you have to give a rating. All we ever wanted was this company to pick up our hard-earned belongings, bring them to where they were supposed to bring them to, and go on with their lives. No one should ever have to deal with.

This was a great experience, moving. The movers were in constant contact with us. They moved the schedule to accommodate us. They showed up on time, were very careful and efficient, worked very fast and constantly asked for direction from us. They also helped us dispose of things we did not want.

Everyone was extremely helpful! I called with less than a weeks’ notice to get movers to help us switch apartments within our complex. We only needed help with the big stuff like furniture and they had lots of options for the day we needed to move out. They were very efficient and careful without items. Nothing was damaged in the end.

I used them to move all my furniture to storage. They are best wrapping and packing team. They packed all my luggage without damaging anything. They were doing everything like pros. They had done very hard work. I would like to thank them for such an amazing work.

The crew and customer's head were available to answer any questions on the phone. The move was scheduled for 3 PM on Saturday. They arrived right on time and got to work. I wasn't quite finished packing and was in a bit of a tizzy, but they did not rush me and were very helpful and friendly. They were great with the move.

These guys from Texas Top Moving company were amazing. The movers were on time. They were all very efficient, polite, careful people. They even helped accommodate us with an on the fly change of plans: because of emergency work.

For me, the best compliment I can give a moving company is that they were easy. Their price was predictable, with the limited parking. The most important, that they were punctual. They were continuously helping us out and doing and moving stuff in and out with a smile on their face and no fuss. I would love to recommend them.

They arrived on time and it was actually me who was not ready. I asked for some help packing and it was the best decision I could've made. Besides saving my sanity, they were really good. The crew barely took any breaks and my move took about 6 hours only. The staff was good.

I never did thanks to everyone that was involved for all the hard work that was done on my move from my old house to my new apartment. I have to say I was quite anxious until the move was done but you guys came through just like you promised you would and I cannot thank you enough for all the hard work everyone put in.

All of my belongings arrived as scheduled, intact. I could not have been more pleased! From speaking to the representative to the movers... everything was perfect.

The driver came right away to pick it up. We were out at the time, but the driver told us that we didn't have to be home and he'd pick it up, and everything went so smoothly. From beginning to end, the service was excellent. The team was excellent and professionalism was shown with their work.

Edgar was great. Although he wasn't given an itemized list of furniture which was going, he was a little stressed that it wouldn't fit in the truck. But once I showed him what was going, he understood. They were a great team!!
