As a first-time home buyer, I was in need of more assistance that a normal buyer. At each step of the process, Brent made himself available to help me narrow down my needs, and was flexible with his schedule to set up walk throughs in homes that he or I had found. Once I had narrowed down a home that i wanted, Brent worked with me to set up an inspection, secure financing and he was there for me to sign papers at the title company. My tenant gave me a notice to vacate the property after the sublessees moved out and Brent immediately went to work and got my property photographed and listed on MLS. Not only did Brent inquire as to why my house did not meet some people's expectations (for feedback), he also carefully screened the applicants by checking their backgrounds and credit and verifying income to determine their suitability. When a prospect presented with unusual financial circumstances, Brent was very thorough in his investigation and tailored the lease in light of the unusual situation and was able to close a deal between this prospect and myself. Brent maintains many valuable professional relationships in the Dallas and Plano area that allow him to efficiently facilitate all aspects of a real estate transaction including the use of contractors when necessary. He was always very conscientious of my budget and time constraints throughout the process with me. Brent turned a previously negative and stressful experience into a very smooth and positive situation that resulted in success for all the parties involved. I was especially impressed with Brents concern with ethical standards while representing my interests. I can highly recommend Brent and his firm to handle a business or real estate transaction to others and I will certainly use him again in the future to lease or sell my home. Brent did an excellent job getting our house sold. He was available and professional through the whole experience and stayed on top of promoting our house. As this was our first time going through the selling process he was very helpful with advise and making sure we made appropriate moves for the market.
