It was excellent. They did everything they said they would when they said they would do it. They were very courteous and did a very good job.

Contractor's office is quite far from job site so he was quite late arriving to both appointment times. Was originally supposed to finish the job on the first day but had to schedule another day due to material availability. (Wasn't happy about this but I understand.) Grout technician did not have proper caulk with him and had to use my caulk to finish job. Not a big deal as I wanted to get rid of the caulk anyway but not having white caulk is a little odd. Two areas, about the size of a half inch, were not caulked properly and I had to re-caulk the holes. No big deal as I know how to do this but I did pay to have the job done completely. The tile repair was done very well except they rushed the job and the holes sunk through before setting. I had to re-patch the holes myself. I thought the re-grouting price was fair but the tile repair a little high but admittedly. I don't know how much the tile adhesive costs.

Can't recall date of service, just made a guess above. Would never use these people again.

It was awesome. He was very professional. He helped me figure out the least expensive way to do my bathroom and he did a great job. He could have gone a totally different route and charged me a whole lot more money like other people were trying to charge me but he was awesome.

They never returned my emails or calls.

A little pricey, but really fantastic work. Great to work with and did an amazing job with some grout problems in our master shower. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Michael arrived on time, surveyed rooms to be done and got straight to work. he was kind and professional. he did a wonderful job and area was left spotless.

Technician arrived promptly, gave us an estimate of how long it would take and got the job done. He also used a vacuum to keep dust to a minimum.

Missed appointements, and ignored multiple attempts at follow-ups. I have no idea why.

Removed grout - re-caulked and re-grouted shower. Applied protective coating. On time, very professional. Did a great job. Very professional, did a great job.

This is the third time we have used them and this was the biggest job. They did a great job of matching the grout sealer color with the tile. A clear sealer was used to seal the stone back splash to keep it from staining. The technician arrived on time as scheduled and took about 5.5 hours to complete the work. The work area was cleaned before he left. The tiles look great with the matching grout. Will definitely use them again when needed and would recommend them for any tile work you need.

Everything went very smoothly. From estimate to completion, the job was done very well in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs tile and grout work.

The company sent a representative to give us a free estaimte and recommendations for finding the damaged grout in the shower of the master bath. Job was completed, meeting the estimate and bathroom grout and shower looks great.

Jim Bob was our estimator and he was great. Fully explained the process. Arvid did the work and was very thorough. In fact, Arvid spotted a plumbing issue in the bathroom that we had not noticed. He brought it to my attention and we were able to prevent a disaster. I WILL use them again. Price was split out. The grout service was $185 and the remainder was the sealer, which should last several years.

As they say, the devil is in the details. The pre-visit to get an estimate was important because we want as long a period for the work to last - he made sure we knew it would take some time to dry out before, and after the job was done, so we know not to use the shower and the sink to ensure it fully sets up. He wears a pair of boot/shoe covers to make sure he does not drag dirt from outside the house into our living room, bed rooms, etc. He is clean shaven and very professional, a family man and soft spoken, veteran who has traveled the world but sill open minded and very respectful (like ourselves/Asians). He would not rush a job, and comes as appointed - not a 'window' expecting you to wait at home for them to arrive. He did not charge us additional when the job needed more time to finish because we had so much to clean out, etc but stuck to what was quoted initially. Not many contractors like that nowadays. He would wait for stages to complete drying out before applying a second coat/layer (?) and work on the other project to be efficient. Finished work looks great and we are most happy, as was our Pomeranian he had no trouble bonding with either! LCM.

Have used and wrote a review about Ken the Grout Doctor in the past. Noticed that some dry wall areas at the base of shower pan we wet. Called Ken and scheduled an appointment. Ken came out and worked with my wife to investigate the situation. Ken showed that some weep holes the installing contractor made were too high which allowed the water to pool inside the framing structure of the shower. While Ken was there, my wife showed some cracks in the corners of the shower and asked if those were contributing to the situation. Ken stated they could if they got larger but didn't think it was at the time. Ken gave us a reasonable estimate but also said that it wasn't a difficult job and could be something that we could do ourselves. When I got home, we talked about it and determined that I would give it a try. Drilled some lower weep holes and water just started coming out as Ken said. This has resolved my wet drywall and now just need to patch it up. Thanks Ken for your honesty and customer support. First on my list for any grout issues.
