Description of Work: Recaulk/grout 1 shower and a minor part if another. |I only got an estimate. They wanted to grout at the pan/wall line and we have too much movement in our home for me to be comfortable with that. I mentioned that bit he said that was their policy. He was very professional, on time and courteous. I got another bid for 1/2 the price. The job would be done by the owner not a sub. I felt a lot better about that.

Description of Work: I have a small tile repair that needs to be done in my bathroom. I called on Nov 20 to get an estimate on this repair. The man I spoke with said that it sounded like a small repair and wanted me to send a picture of what needed to be repaired which I did. He asked if I could be flexible on scheduling the repair which I agreed to. I did not hear back from him and called again. My call has never been returned and my tile has still not been repaired.

Hi {Member's name removed}, My profuse apologies in our communication trail. Yes we did speak and as I explained we are in the business of making existing showers and floors look amazing. I asked you to send me a picture to see if we could help you out as we do not usually just go out and replace one tile. You did send the picuture to my phone. Once I forwarded it to my email and blew it up, it was apparent that this was not just a simple tile repair as one of the feet on the tub is sitting on the cracked tile. To the best of my knowledge, I left you a voicemail letting you know that this is not our core competency because we do not move tubs or cannot be responsible for any future movement of the tub as a result of the builders mistake. I sincerely apologize that you did not get that message or if I just remembered incorrectly. Description of Work: He came to regrout shower, because it leaked. Asked if I was sure it wasn't the drain. I was sure, but then we tested the drain by just running some water in tub. Sure enough it was the drain. NO CHARGE. Got to love these guys. Thank you Grout Doctor this was my second Great Experience with YOU!!! Keep up the good work.

Description of Work: I sent him a picture of my shower with missing grout in several places. He quoted me a very fair price for repairs and we scheduled an appointment. He was on time, made the requested repairs and my shower looks like new. I would definitely use The Grout Doctor in the future!

Description of Work: the owner came out to gave me a quote and gave me a work order. I scheduled for the service. on the date of the service, the tech told me that my quote didn't include services that I thought was included. I spoke with the owner and he told me that i was wrong and that i didn't know how to read his work order. i felt like I was being attack over the phone and was not good customer service at all. we then agreed on what the tech will complete and that job was done but not what I had originally planned. they do great work but I would not use them again personally.

[Removed Member Name]wanted more work done on her shower than absolutely needed to be done for the same price. We have no problem adding to a work order but we are not going to do unneeded work. The work order steps were spelled out very clearly on the estimate and Bobby goes over all steps with the homeowner. We have a copy of work order, as well as the customer and the tech so all can see the same estimate wording. Bobby never attacked her, was very calm and told her that he did not want her to feel uncomfortable or pushed into any service that she did not understand. He told her it was not her fault that she did not understand and her and her husband could talk about it and if they decided to move forward they could call us back and reschedule. If she felt uncomfortable we are sorry but it wasn't from us being pushy, rude or inconsiderate. We pride ourselves on being good to our customers because word of mouth is our best advertisement.
