The results are fabulous. Steve and his team did a great job and my back yard looks awesome as a result! Steve was very responsive and answered all of my questions (and, I had a bunch.) He was consultative in his approach and was deliberate in his design based on my needs (natural to North Texas, drought resistant, hardy and can hold up to pets.) His team was professional and quick. Using Steve and his team for my landscape design and installation was a a great decision on my part. I would use Steve again!

I had really bad experiences with multiple landscapers before I found Steve. I'm very pleased with the results. Steve and his crew were very easy to talk to, provided and stuck to the design, made suggestions when I had questions/input. I had a budget and Steve worked with me to ensure we stayed at that budget.

Steve is easy to work with, prompt, reliable and professional. He has good ideas and is willing to incorporate your preferences into the design and work within your budget. His workers are hard working and got the job done quickly. We highly recommend and would use him again!

When I contacted Steve I had just experienced a bad contractor (possible fraud). It was really not Steve's concern but he made additional efforts to make sure all my questions were addressed and give me confidence with him and his work. We scheduled the work and Steve allowed me to wait until the sod was delivered before I made a deposit. He wanted to make sure I was confident he was truthful. He arrived each day to make sure the process was on track and worry free. I can be a talker and Steve was accommodating to my stories as long as his time permitted. Very personable contractor. His staff showed up on time and did very good work. His lead worker knew English well and was very explanatory when I had questions. As the work was being completed I had questions on maintaining the work being completed. Every question was answered. I am very pleased with the work that was done, the professionalism of Steve and all his staff, and the fact that they cleaned up everything when they were complete. Finally, they made sure that my sprinkler system (sprinkler heads) were all working correctly and they even repaired a leak they discovered that was there before they started. I recommend Steve K Swenson and will call him myself in the future to trim my trees.

Amazing! Can't say enough good things about this company and Steve Swenson. I wasn't sure what all I wanted but knew my yard was in need of help. Not only did they give me ideas but helped me find the right plants and trees for my level of maintenance, while still achieving the look I desired. The project was explained to me thoroughly and the price was agreed upon up front. They were on time, within budget and cleaned up at the end. They were easy to communicate with and always eager to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely use them again and I would recommend them to even my pickiest of friends. My back yard is my new oasis thanks to Steve!

Steve designed our backyard landscape in CAD and it was way better than anything my husband or I would have come up with on our own. He knew what plants/trees to use that would fit the look we were going for, would be "Texas-hardy", and low maintenance. He came over and mapped out where the landscaping would go so we could see it before pulling the trigger. His prices were really good too. We got the design quoted out with another company but his cost was lower. My only (small) complaint was that sometimes it would take a couple days to hear back from him. This is probably because he isn't sitting in front of a computer all day, but is out installing designs! Overall we are happy we went forward with the project and would recommend Steve to others.

We enjoyed the pond year round as it was the focus of our backyard/patio design. Because it could be viewed (and heard) from most every room in the house, we enjoyed the sound of water from the inside when the weather was not conducive to sitting outside. Thanks, Steve, for all your efforts and the many, many hours of enjoyment spent enjoying the sound and movement of water!

Very nice job...quick, great quality, and affordable. I couldn't have done it cheaper myself.

Mr. Swenson did an amazing job with our lancscaping. He placed all of the flowers perfectly, and the color of the flowers is very vibrant!

Installed a beautiful stone wall around flower bed. It turned out exactly as I wanted. We had ripped everything out, and Steve helped plan which plantings would be the best for our flower bed. I'm now working with him to replant some bushes lost in previous ice storms, and he will amend soil, add mulch and plant pansies for the fall. The workers he used were very experienced and did a great job with the stone placement.

Everything went very smoothly. Steve listens well and executes your desires staying within your budget. Steve has also maintained the annual flower beds in the landscape and replaced 2 plants that did not make it through the first winter. We continue to have countless comments praising our landscaping. As late as last week a person rang our doorbell to say that they had been all over Plano and the Dallas area and our landscape surpassed any they had seen. I was happy to give them Steve's name and contact number.

Steve did a great job on our backyard landscape. His design was spot on for what we were looking for. He really was able to take our concerns and turn them into something beautiful.
