Description of Work: I started a new pest control service with Precision Pest Management in August. Technician came out on-time for the 1st Initial treatment and they came back again for the quarterly service few days ago. I have definitely seen major improvement in bugs activity in our house since we started Precision's service. They use organic pests inside the house which is a big +ve thing for us. | |They are very professional and helpful folks and explains things clearly to their customers. |

Description of Work: We had bad wasp problem. They came out right away and back several times to help get rid of the ones that returned at no extra charge. We signed up for yearly service. We are pleased with their service.

Description of Work: On June 14, 2010, I sent an on-line request to this company to contact me regarding general pest control. As of 6/22/1010 (8 days later) I have not heard a word from them. I would not recommend this company due to their poor responsiveness.

Description of Work: The initial clean-out was free with a one year obligation. Normal cost is $69.99 bi-monthly. The interior and outside perimeter were sprayed with a pet/child friendly solution. Granules covered the entire yard. Because we had evidence of mice, extra rodent traps were placed in key places. All of the services were completely explained by Jamie (the office receptionist) and by Jason (one of the co-owners). Both of them completely explained the process, reasons, and assured me that if ANY pest issue occurred between the bi-monthly visits, to contact them and they would come out immediately to rectify the situation.

 + -1 moreWe met a company rep. (Cary) on the first Saturday in October, mulled it over and called on Monday to schedule a visit. Another rep. [Jason] was in the area on Monday and stopped by home to go over the details. My neighbors home(s) are normally serviced on Mondays. They were able to schedule the first visit for the next day, so that our home could be part of the same service cycle as the neighbors. The organic spray is practically odorless and we immediately noticed many dead critters by nightfall. We were told that we will continue to see dying bugs over the next few weeks. We vacuum daily because our toddler seems to find every bug. We were also amazed over the amount of dead crickets in the garage. Where were they all hiding?!!! Three weeks after the initial visit, we discovered an ant problem in one of the electrical outlets in the home. We called the service line and left a message. We got a response within 15 min. of our call and scheduled a rep. to visit within a day.
Description of Work: Precision Pest Management performed pest control services on my property including the home interior, garage and yard. They use an organic product that is practically odor free. They also put down traps to catch any field mice that may try to come in via the garage door cracks. We received at least a 50% discount on the initial visit. Due to plenty new construction in the area, they come to service the yard every 2 months and we don't need to be . Any future interior visits are scheduled in advance at the owners convenience.
